I bought so many locks and this is the best lock. the reason I love it cause I could REMOTE unlock it..from any part of the world...cause I have a G2 GATEWAY is what give me the ability to remote unlock ,,I will recommend it to any body.... Absolutely amazing customer service. I had an issue and they fixed it right away. I am extremely please with how prompt they were on fixing the issue. I love this lock. It works great with the ttlock app. Easy set up. I used this same lock for years an never had an issue with it. Will definitely purchase from this seller again. Definitely worth the money to me. Lasted a out a year, then stopped working. Battery charged but won't lock.

Asked for help, no response, appears is needs to be recharged in less than five days although warning light doesn’t show.

I mean it works like it should but being a builder in construction the fingers take a beating and the lock doesn't recognize my thumb all the time.. have to keep updating my thumb print to work... I recommend using your pinky if you work with your hands

The media could not be loaded. Just got it today so this is more of a first impressions than an actual review. so far everything is exactly as described. I would call this a light duty lock tho so not for locking up extremely important stuff. It feels nice with a rubber feel all around and the fingerprint scanner is very responsive with clean hands. plan on using them to the gates around the pool because it does say it's water-resistant. With that said it also said not to use long term outside so we will see. The app allow you to give a temporary digital key to friends which will be great when my neighbor wants to use our pool. I'm going to send one to my brother who has Airbnb because I can see several usage there. I'll update if anything changes but so far good first impressions.

Unlocks quickly using either your finger or the app! You can grant others access either on a a limited or permanent basis. The app also keeps a record of who has accessed the lock and when. I use it to lock my patio gate and keep my pet secure. I would absolutely recommend this product.
