so, I got this light and first, let me say it's a big light! you know the dimensions but seeing it it takes you back, like wow! it's really big! i unboxed it, got it hung up, plugged it in, and nothing! did not come on! omg. I immediately called Amazon and there is no replacement set up. most you can do is get your money back. I was really bummed out. so, I unplugged the thermostat that hangs down and causes an auto shut off f the light gets too hot and when i unplugged it, the light came on! I was so shocked but relieved cause had seeds already germinated and ready to plant and really needed this to work. the temp. the thing was faulty. i don't know if it's the USB hook-up or the chord, or what but if the chord and light came in contact the light shut off and would not work. needless to say, it is running without the benefit of the thermostat. I also did not call back to see what could be done about it cause if there wasn't a policy for replacing a faulty light then there sure isn't one for non-working features. it runs 24/7 right now and it generates some serious heat! i have an industrial fan blowing on it but it has heated my whole spare room up very warm. it does exactly what it's supposed to do with my plants! they are growing amazingly and are sooo happy! they love what they are getting. very happy i didn't have to hassle with a return and purchasing another one. it's definitely doing exactly what i had hoped for.

The light is doing fine works as said except the temperature control once plugged in all lights shut off even after it is adjusted and set however it's working very well from my plants

Product recieved in working order. Packaging was good. Assembly was missing one screw on one of the tracks but that doesn't appear to be an issue. This product does throw some light but absolutely nowhere near what the PAR map indicates. Take that value and divided it by AT LEAST HALF. Also the whole fixture on with all light only draws 700 Watts. The features built in are the only reason this unit was not returned because they do get pretty warm. Update: Light failed May 2024. I figure that's ok for a low end light but looks like it could've started a fire with how hot it got where it plugs in before my smartstrip popped the breaker. If you run this light please be very cautious. All plastic is brittle, fixture very fragile when I removed from my tent, pieces falling off everywhere. Pictures show what appears to have been a loose connection internally.

Works well for a 5x5 tent. Power usage is pretty heavy so look into how your power is supplied. Has multiple modes and a built in timer which is very nice.

Just purchased the light and haven’t had any issues thus far. I love how light it is as well.

PPFD's as advertised around the middle area, but clock in closer to 400+ around the edges of a 5x5 tent at about 30 inches away from the canopy. Grow tents are reflective, & almost 5 weeks into using the light, I'd say it's plenty for a 5x5, & the plants are responding very well to it. Heat isn't out of the ordinary on full power. You don't wanna touch the bars, because the do get hot, but it's to be expected for the price. All in all, for a tight budget, you can't go wrong with this light.

The hinges should be on the opposite side, it would help support the weight of the light. The cables provided are way too short. The adjustable height pull cords are also too short, and I'm not sure they will hold up long term. It fits in my 4'x8' tent perfectly. Works great for indoor grows, but the setting for dark periods doesn't seem to be working anymore. The light stays on all the time now. I can get around that with timed switches, but all in all I am pleased with the purchase. Extremely bright, and grows them big... No, I won't be sending photos of my grow.

i have the timers set for on and off but the actual clock keeps changing times so the lights are not coming on at the correct time.. very disappointing as i have 2 of the same lights and the other one has no issues. cant even get ahold of them to ask for a replacement
