It's comfortable to wear to bed but not easy to put on iwith one functional hand. My occupational therapist had to mold it to the "proper shape. It was challenging trying to get my fingers through the individual finger straps, And my fingers kept sliding out. Although the velcro makes it convenient to secure, it also made it hard to use when it stuck to any part of the splint. My ot used an ace bandage to properly securemy hand.
