This item was amazing at first, fast ice making, cold water but, the machine stopped working after 4 mouths of use. No cold water, and no ice after 4 months.I threw it out, I had someone look at it and it's un fixable as it needs A new pump.Item only worked for a few months and then the cold water and ice stopped working, item not worth the money I spent on it. would not recommend for long term use. I used it approx 4 months and the cold water stopped being cold and ice stopped making, compressor died

This machine could have been the answer to a lot of searching, praying and waiting. I got if for $80 off the regular price because I caught a sale. When it arrived, I followed directions to get it set up. Within 10-15 minutes of tapping the ice light we heard the first ice fall into place. I don't think it makes the 24 pounds a day that it promises, but it did not run out of ice unless two or three people made large glasses of ice water back to back. Still the ice kept producing. Other than the occasional extra piece of ice falling a few seconds after stopping the ice, I thought this machine was pretty much perfect...until today. I decided to use the hot water feature to have a cup of tea. The water produced was hot as can be, perfect for that cup of tea, hot cocoa or instant coffee. I pushed the button and hot water came forth putting out the customary 6 oz. but then continued to trickle. This trickle produced 30 oz. in less than a minute. It would not stop, even unplugging it did not stop the trickle. Apparently it is something mechanically wrong because the only way to stop it was to remove the water jug and wait for the machine to run out of water. I have had this thing in operation less than two weeks, I'm totally bummed. The concept is great, the look is great, the amount of ice produced is sufficient (we are a larger family and we love our ice water), the cold water feature is excellent because it's cold enough to eschew ice, but I cannot take the risk of one of the kids getting burnt because the hot water won't stop producing. So back it goes. :(

I love the thought of this machine. The water is COLD, the HOT water is HOT and it's ALWAYS ice! Unfortunately, there is a very bad taste. It tastes like a chemical or bad plastic. I can't describe it. I love the machine so much that I took it apart and sprayed Dawn all in it, cleaned and scrubbed it, then sprayed it with my water sprayer on the hardest setting to get all soap out. The water tasted normal for the first night. Overnight, that weird taste is back! Don't know what this is but I like it too much to send back. I wish I knew what this taste was so that I could fix this! Hopefully someone can add a review here with some suggestions! We have this one in our bedroom. I'm ordering a similar one but different brand for the office. I'm hoping to not get this bad taste with the new one.

No USER manual that I can understand with dispenser, HOT Water stopped heating element stopped, Ice machine stopped working. The R.W. Flame Will not return my call, Amazon said from time i bought it in December 15th and it is 3-19-2023 and i never knew how to use it, i push ice and it didn't stop until i had a bucket,, same for hot water it poured all over the floor, cold water pours a half glass and auto stops. Nicely made but my hot waster does not work and ice stopped working i bought 3 in 1, but only 1 work and there is no customer service. it only looks good but its a 3 funtions only one works. JUNK PRODUCT.

The hot water is not working

It ran well for about a month then the water started to taste metallic. I initially used lemon juice and that did not work so I purchased a ice machine cleaning solution. It took almost 10 gallons of water before the water did not taste like the cleaning solution. After I finally got it running clean water it started to leak, a lot. I had to drain it because it would not hold water. It has been sitting in my kitchen as a huge block of useless metal and plastic. Such a waste of almost $300!

The item quit freezing ice cubes and what made melted immediately and hot water was warm. Was in the hospital and Amazon would not exchange as ove 30 days. Don't recommend if breaks in a month
