The product seems relatively well made and durable. I weigh 175 lbs and the product appears pretty stable when used. Stretching the lower spine with this product for me provides relief ... it is not a fix-all, especially if you have disc issues. I would recommend it's worth a try if you can avoid / delay back surgery. I use this back stretcher and a back roller twice a day for 5-10 minutes (each session) and it helps, though like I said it is not a fix-all and your pain , stiffness, and other symptoms will most likely return. Who knows maybe over time using this therapy the symptoms may lessen to a point that back pain and stiffness are a thing of the past. Just remember to start slow (lowest setting that is comfortable for you) and don't increase the height too soon or at all, especially if you feel pain.Not sure of the lack or relatively poor reviews. So far, I like this product and the temporary relief I am experiencing up to this point, though I must say the relief time-span is increasing week by week - which is a good thing!
