Solid and fair price
My first e-bike. I am familiar with bikes, as I use to tour and race bikes years ago. Overall, it seems like a great ebike. Solid. I mostly like it as its fold up width allows me to put it in my Tacoma truck bed and under the foldable bed cover. If the stock default setting sare changed via the display, I can get it up to 28mph. It is normally limited to 20 mph. It also has excellent acceleration. Now the negative part. The instructions are sometimes vague. For example, it does not tell you how too adjust the front shocks. Also I understand this bike uses Lithium ion and not Lithium phosphate batteries. Ion batteries are limited to 500 charges while phospate anywhere between 3000-500 charges. That said, I notice most e-bike companies are using Lithium Ion batteries.

Love this Bike!
I've had the ebike a few months now. It arrived on date expected, was well packaged and easy to assemble. It has now been used on road and off-road with ease. I did have a small accident, hit a rock straight on, but the bike endured with just a scrape. I wish I would have been that lucky. The charge has a lot of life, it lasts forever. The bike is easy to use both in manual and auto mode. It will get you where you want, and quickly if you are brave enough. My husband has one too, we are very glad we puchased them. Looking forward to many more miles of enjoyment.

Great Bike
It's a great bike, however it takes awhile to break the breaks in and it has a slow break, it almost takes me about 20-50ft to stop depending on my speed as well as how quick I stop it. It's not an automatic break. If you plan getting a different seat it seems you'll need a different seat rod. It's perfect for my height 5'3 I just didn't realize how big this bike was so not really ideal for apartment dwellers if your by yourself trying to get it upstairs. I really enjoy and love this bike don't get me wrong. My bike won't go into the 2nd or 1st gear for some reason and it stays on 3. When I do put it into those gears it makes a lot of clanking noises and refuses to pedal, which is fine with me I use full throttle anyway since its my first time riding any type of bike. I'll just ease into 3rd pedal overtime. I've also noticed that it's kind of hard to pedal, my friend also noticed that when he was helping me learn it, his bike was far easier to pedal. Wasn't comfortable for my height though. I enjoy the twist throttle on it because it's simple and easy, the horn is my favorite because it's very loud but awesome at the same time, and it was very easy to put together. Love the speed and love the motor noises very nice. I do love the bike.

Very good, and powerful
This e-bike is my primary mode of transportation and it required quite a lot of time to research properly. When I started shopping for a bike, I had certain criteria, such as wide, low pressure tires (to handle difficult terrain and a smoother ride) and a step-through frame for ease of use (I'm a bit older guy and not fond of swinging my leg over a traditional frame) as well as tires that are aggressively treaded for use with snow. I have not been disappointed with this bike. Through inclement weather and potholes, I have no barriers. It is perhaps not as fast as some others normally, but a very good owner's manual will detail how to tweak the default settings toward better speeds (at the expense of battery power). Unfortunately, the seat supplied with this is better suited to female anatomy, but a simple replacement will address this. I did, after all.It is worth noting that this is not built for speed, but utility. Better speeds are possible, but for commuter use it is actually quite good. It is also for a single rider, not for cargo or passengers. The cargo deck has a warning on the deck that it is not for a load in excess of 25 kg. A quick trip to the hardware store has its limits, but all my other shopping is done by bus. I recommend only a single rider with a backpack at most, and within those limits I have had no problems. A very good bike for the money, and if you're looking for something different, try looking further. I recommend this unit for use within the parameters I specified, but for anything more, you may have to keep looking as there are some fine bikes available that may fit your needs better.

2 bikes 150mi - customer support atrocious
I ordered 2. I have about 150mi on mine so far.Shipping: 1 came slightly damaged due to shipping. And its clear there were minor differences in hardware & finish. Otherwise very happy with it.Performance: pleasantly surprised & legal. You can go pretty far with pedal assist. Just be mindful as battery depleted faster after half way mark.Long term issues: my bike screen has a connection issue (or some issue in the battery) somewhere where it either won't start (up to 10tries) or it'll shut off on a big bump (resetting my trip). This can be frustrating while on the trail.Narrak customer service: atrocious...ive probably emailed about 15 times addressing minor issues, sourcing parts (most are universal - luckily) but this screen issue is a big one and ive yet to get a response. If they fix customer support I'd give 5 of 5 stars. Best budget bike IMO.

Love the new addition
Great battery life, speed acceleration is great. Durable on and off the pavement. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold and move around to store or take in vehicle. Bought for husband and now in process of purchasing another one for myself. My adult son wants to purchase as well. Delivery was quick and very responsive if any questions or concerns. Love the bright color on the orange. Great to take out and enjoy the weather or a trail. Great price for the design, functions, and durability.
