EXCELLENT Sound Quality
I had a Bluetooth 4.2 transmitter that was doing just fine, but just bendable neck had broke, allowing the face/head of the transmitter to spin and not be able to hold in place. It was a "BF20" model. Nothing wrong with it, I broke it on accident I guess... well, maybe it was a little weak.Anyways, this product is BT 5.3. My phone is only BT 5.0, so that's all I'm able to use at the moment. I really didn't think it could make such a huge difference in sound quality. That bass button is no joke. It's more than a bass booster. It's like a whole tuned equalizer button that also boosts the bass.I'm not even exaggerating, the sound quality? Amazing. I use Amazon Music and play UltraHD music. Dolby limits that to 24-bit/48khz, most songs are 24-bit/44.1khz. Anyways, every single song sounds better, now. PLUS there's absolutely zero static noise like before.I haven't tested phone calls on it. From what I've seen so far in quality, I'm sure the 3 mic system works great.I can say RANGE has drastically improved. With the old BT 4.2 device, I was lucky to walk 10 feet away from the car with my phone in my pocket and the music keep playing. Now, with this device (BT5.3) and my phone (BT5.0, so I'm only connecting at BT5.0 and getting 5.0 features), I haven't had the music cut out haha. It has amazing range, which isn't ALL that important, but it's nice to walk more than 10 feet away from my car without the music cutting out.SO, yeah, great, GREAT sound quality. I'm serious. I just can't get over how different the quality is. I figured it'd be 100% the same but it's not even close. I "BELIEVE" I'm using the LDAC codec, but it's hard to tell. I won't go into the details too far, but that's what was appearing to show being used in the Developer Options. It's just so smooth and crisp and well defined. I prefer BT to the Aux Cord because I have to get in and out of my car dozens of times for work.I Used to lose my BT connection and have to go turn off/on my BT on my phone then manually connect to my old BF20 with BT4.2. Now I don't even lose connection OR it's reconnecting so fast that I'm not even realizing it's happening.I don't "Need" it, but I wish My Galaxy S10+ had BT 5.3 haha, but I'm having zero probs with it having BT 5.0. It's all backwards compatible, anyway. My PC does have it, so I'm gonna use Amazon Music on it and transfer to my car and see how it sounds for fun.Very excited over this BT to FM transmitter... honestly. SOOO glad I went with this one. Between this and my "Auxiliary Port Extender" (1x cig lighter to 3x lol), I've got enough USB-A and C ports to charge 6 or 8 phones at once. 3x on the JOYROOM FM/BT adapter and the rest on the 1x to 3x auxiliary port hub. Charging is fast on it, too. You need a good cable as THAT is where the main weakness in charging lies. I use a USB-A to C in the car that has 3.2 Gen 1 data (5gbps) with 65 watt support. The data isn't important, but you do want a good cable that will let the power flow. Otherwise, you may think the charger (whatever you're using) is weak when it's actually the skinny cable you're using.I went overkill for wattage on purpose, but I did need the high speed data. They are Amazon Basics cables. Best deal on cables period. They have to pass inspections, so when they say USB 3.2 Gen 1 or Gen 2, you can believe it. I didn't want a 65 watt cable that only did USB 2.0. Amazon Basics seemed to be the ONLY cable manufacturer that honestly does what they advertise.Anyways, that's a bit off topic, but important to know when judging the charging speed of a charger. The cable is the weak link. I have an S10+, so, I have 15W wired max charge speeds and have zero issues charging.I don't care how many more floaty colors they throw on another BT/FM transmitter, I'd STILL go with this one. Looks cool as it is but most importantly, the sound quality exceeded my expectations by 200%+. I had NO IDEA Bluetooth could sound so good.Update 12/21/23: Still working without any single issues. This is the BT to FM device I recommend to everyone. Looks great, all of the buttons still work perfectly, there's no wear and tear or any broken pieces. It makes my factory stereo (in a 2000 Buick Park Avenue) sound like it has upgraded speakers. I know I have made this review too long but I just can't emphasize how much is exceeded my expectations.Seriously, if you've made it this far into my review, go ahead and at the very least, put this into your small group of transmitters you're comparing/deciding on. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat if for some reason I had to. Crystal clear audio, enhanced audio quality, very long rage and just all in all a superb BT to FM transmitter.TL;DR.... Look no further, you'll have no regrets with this device. I hate to keep going on and on, but the "bass boost" (or custom equalizer) button plus high quality music from Amazon Music Unlimited (24 bit/48khz+) and a decent phone (don't forget, you have an equalizer in your phone (plus Dolby Atmos in many cases) will just absolutely surprise you at how amazing this BT2FM transmitter makes the audio sound. If it blows my mind in an old 2000 Park Avenue, I know it must sound 10/10 in a vehicle with an even more premium sound system.Seriously, look no further, I've tried a couple, heard other devices in friends' vehicles and NOTHING comes close to WHATEVER they did to this one as far as audio tuning. 10/10 range, sound quality AND there's no annoying background static you hear from all the other BT to FM transmitters I've experienced.Okay, okay, I'm done gloating over this device. I just honestly look forward to using it every single day because I drive for work. I even use my PC to play music to an old (but nice) stereo I have and it has NEVER sounded better.

Satisfied!!!
I purchased a Bluetooth device for my car that had a flexible neck to reach the cigarette lighter in my 2007 vehicle. Each time I used it, I had to insert it, let it boot up then use it. After use I laid it on the middle of the console, many times needing to search for it on the floor. It served its' purpose but it broke. I purchased this product which was a pleasant surprise and 100% better than my prior choice. It clips on the dashboard and stays there. It has a flexible cord that easily plugs in the cigarette lighter and also has an adapter plug. As soon as you plug it in, it boots up. The sound is clear and wonderful and has bass boost which I love. It also has a fast charging port. I am Extremely happy with this purchase and I recommend this to anyone who has an older car. You will be Satisfied!!!

Very nice, sound is muddy
I have really enjoyed this Bluetooth adapter overall. I definitely have some issues with it, but for 20 bucks you can definitely get worse. Im going to go over what I thought about this product, the pros and cons, and hopefully it will help you decide whether or not to buy it.**Just a disclaimer, I have only used it to listen to music so far. If you are looking for a review based on call quality, unfortunately I just havent experienced that yet.**Setup: Most importantly, how easy is this to use? Can an average person with no knowledge of technology use it? How much will they struggle to set it up?Im happy to say it was fairly easy to set up. You need to set both your car's FM radio station and the BT Adapter to the same radio station that has neither static nor sound (I used 106.9, just a personal preference, but there are many options out there), connect your phone to the device, then you're good to go.If you still can't figure it out, it comes with an Audio jack you can plug directly into your car for much easier access if you dont want to deal with the bells and whistles.Sound: I have mixed feelings on the sound quality. The device has 2 modes, a "bass heavy" mode and a "normal" mode, interchangeable at the click of a button.I only really use the Bass mode, since theNormal mode is really, really bad. I tried switching modes the other day and it felt like I was underwater in a tunnel in the undercity sewers... You get the idea. I am a bit of an Audiophile, and a pretty big Basshead, so I like good quality audio and being able to hear a good amount of bass. I could not hear anything except for warbling in the normal mode. I would recommend keeping the device in Bass mode the entire time.Talking about bass mode itself, Bass mode is definitely not perfect, but again, it's unsurprising at this price point. I can definitely groove out to some good sounding tunes in my car using this device, with all of that bass reverberating in my head that I so crave. However, it does tend to distort if you turn the volume up too much. I drive a 2008 Prius, and the insulation and sound isolation when Im driving on the highway is pretty poor, so I do have to turn up the volume higher than I would like to if I want to be able to hear much of anything.Connectivity: I honestly really enjoyed hopping into my car and hearing the sound of the device turning on. It's one of those simple yet satisfying things that we dont realize we've missed until its gone, and as soon as I turn the car on, the device connects to my phone. It should be noted that my phone is a (very) overused Moto G Power of last year, it doesn't always immediately boot up Spotify, but that's not really the fault of the BT connector. Most times, all I need to do is press a single button and Im grooving away, no need to fiddle with my phone. Because it's a Bluetooth device, I can adjust the volume, skip tracks, repeat tracks, right there on the BT device itself. The buttons are very responsive, and it truly does feel very easy and rewarding to use.Design: I really love the design of this device. Not only are we getting an additional USB charging port, but the device itself feels really fluid and easy to use. It plugs into your adapter port, then it has a spring-like cable that runs to the main board and can clip onto your Air vent. On top of that, it has RGB lighting on both the main board and the plugin, so you can pretty easily find both even in the dark.My one complaint would be that the lighting isnt really on the buttons themselves, but instead go along the edge of the main board, so they are a bit tricky to navigate in darker environments. In Summary: Overall, I feel like normal mode should really have been overlooked and there shouldve just been the bass mode to save on pricing, but I really have enjoyed my experience on this product so far. It's very user-friendly, and offers a headphone jack connectivity if the FM mode is a bit too much for the customer to figure out. The design is really simple and easy to use, and the connectivity is great and responsive. In my eyes, if you have an old car without Bluetooth connectivity, and you only have about 20 dollars in your pocket, I would definitely advise buying it to give it a try. I have enjoyed my experience so far, and hope others do the same. Thanks for reading!P.S. I was reached out to by the company when the product was only a few days behind schedule. I live in the middle of the mountains, and delivery always takes longer than I would hope for. This little message showed me that they do care about their customers, which is awesome!

Great Bluetooth alternative.
Has type C & USBA charging ports, Bluetooth, bass control function, aux, & memory card options. Vent clip is a great option for us because our Bluetooth stopped working on our car radio, but we don't have much room near the car lighter port for a bulky device.

Difficult to use
I was excited to receive this to use in my motorhome since the stereo is not Bluetooth. I gave this 3 stars because it can be difficult to contect each time I turn it on and I regularly need to change the channel otherwise its mostly static. Also, the volume has to be turned up high to listen to hear the music.
