The good, the bad and the inbetween
I recently had the opportunity to work with Haocrown to resolve some picture issues caused by a faulty HTMI input. They were amazing to deal with vs. the runaround I got from Amazon. After running a few tests and having our cable company review the problem, they detemined that it was a faulty port and sent me a replacement. It boils down to great customer service. Once again, this was Haocrown and NOT Amazon who would not help at all. The manufactuer was even shocked at how bad they were at helping to resolve my issue.The good:1. Nice cystal clear image on the screen2. When the TV is off it is a very good mirror.3. The TV does fog up like your mirror in the bathroom, but due to the brightness of the image on the screen, it is not a major problem.4. Great and quick customer service.The bad:1. Sound is "tinny". The manual states there is an audio jack but doesn't define what kind. The one on my TV is a small headphone jack. I only mention this as I am attempting to add a Bose sound bar to the TV for better clarity. Seems as if in this day and age they would have included an Optical jack.2. Downloading of Apps is very slow. Even though the system shows that I have a strong WiFi signal, the system seems to buffer extensively. I primarly use the TV to watch the news as I am getting ready in the morning, but I may want to crack open a bottle of wine someday, climb into my tub and watch Netflix. Not sure, however, that what I would want to download on to the screen would happen in time before the water got cold!3. For me who is everything (almost) Apple, having the software geared toward Android is frustrating. Not sure why they could not have offered both.The inbetween:1. I find that Chinese tech companies often put our manuals that are hard for others to follow. Primarly, the manual lacks exact information on types of jacks, size, how to operate certain aspects of the software, etc. I spent $800+ on my TV (which is now $650) but with that I would have appreciated a more comprehensive guide or at least a site I could be directed to for more technical information.2. A waterproof remote is included along with a remote that I have not idea what it is for. (See number 1 above) I guess I will figure it out with time, but there is nothing in the manual that even mentions this remote.3. The mirror front does have sharp edges/corners. Some sort of optional frame would have been appreciated.4. There is some mention of Bluetooth but no mention of how to pair with a device. See #1 above (again!)Overall:I am happy with the the quality of the picture and the customer service from Haocrown. I would love more information on the TV and how it operates. Some of it is intuitive, but some of it is ???? Huh???

After installing this tv according to the instructions we found it to work for about a month. Soon after the tv stopped working. Of course I reached out to the manufacturer in regards to this. I didn’t get a response back till I reached out to Amazon who then asked why I waited so long. Well of course I reached as soon as I could even after having electricians take a look at it and trying to do as much trouble shooting as possible. (Also take in mind that I had this tv professionally installed by a certified electrician and it was installed according to the manufacturers instructions) so now comes the time to speak with Amazon who tells me I can’t do anything other then return it for a refund as that’s what the manufacture who finally reached out and suggested to do. I try and let Amazon know that I have to now pay another contractor to remove this tv and then fix the holes that are left in my tiles where the tv was mounted according to the instructions that was supplied by the manufacture. Still Amazon says they have to get the return first and keep disconnecting from chat. With that said I was told by the manufacturer to ask Amazon if they will do a no return refund as the manufacturer does not need or want the broke tv back now. I then tell Amazon this in a Jr her chat as I had to now re connect to them. Amazon still says there is nothing they can do. It’s crazy though as the manufacturer knows the tv is under warranty and said they allow Amazon to make all the decisions on returns and what not. So it has been a back and forth with the manufacturer and Amazon which has been a waist of time and money!! I feel as though the manufacturer is right that Amazon has the power to do what they feel is best however the manufacturer did say that Amazon can do a non return in this matter yet Amazon refuses to do that. Amazon seems to not understand the amount of money that was out in to having the tv installed professionally or the amount t of money it will take to fix the area where the tv was installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. A complete headache is all this process was!! I would give this tv a negative amount on starts if possible but it’s not an option.UPDATE: The seller actually got back to me after they got back from vacation I believe. None the less, the seller was able to work with me and was very diligent on solving my issues. The tv was still not working yet Amazon was saying there hands were tied in the matter so the seller stepped up and did what was right as the tv was still under warranty! Great over all customer service on the sellers end! I will look into buying from them in the future for sure!

You will lose your google account if you use it on this tv
I bought this during a build think they would install the it into my wall. I tried to use it before installing. It’s much like an android and requires a gmail. I logged in and I only tried the current app that were already installed and things worked fine. I never used it as it was not installed and a few months later I tried again and it said my gmail was deactivated due to unlawful use. It has been 1 yr and I have gone through 5 gmails all deactivated and I have no access to them anymore. This tv is bugged with something. Needless to say I will not be getting a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!! You will not be able to operate it

Buy This Terrific Touchscreen Waterproof TV!
I researched the competitors in this small waterproof TV field. And I am thrilled with choosing this Haocrown 21.5” model. The set’s image is bright and sharp. And it comes with an updated Android 11.0 system. The mirror face when off and the picture when the TV set is on, both look great. The touchscreen feature is fabulous. And I also couldn’t praise higher Haocrown’s customer service when I had a question. That’s particularly what you want when are acclimating to a new high tech product. So I highly recommend this set for waterproof TV shoppers.

Cute
The tv sound quality is very low . It doesn’t get too loud . But it’s manageable. I just hoped for the amount of money it costs that it would have good sound quality .
