I am as ginger as they come and have always struggled to find a sun block with long term protection. I was recommended this by one of my work colleagues who swore by it and I can tell you now, they were right to do so.I went to Malta last year and used this everyday, I would only apply it once and didn't have to apply it again for the rest of the day! With other sun creams I've used before in the past, I've had to re apply every 2hrs because the sun would just burn through it, you can imagine this was extremely frustrating. But this sun block does exactly what it says! The only thing I may add is that I didn't find it very water proof so I would suggest re applying after having a swim and under shoulder straps if your waring a back pack or a shoulder bag, because it may rub off.

I bought this because I am very fair skinned and burn easily but I hate having to re-apply suncream during the day. I have been using "Piz Buin Factor 30 all day long" and it's great but I wanted a higher factor and 30 is the highest in this make.This P20 is a spray bottle and the lotion is yellow in colour, quite thin and looks greasy. However, it does absorb very quickly into the skin and you can get dressed quite quickly afterwards. I didn't notice the usual yellow stains around the neck line of my white t-shirt when I used it and so this was pleasing. I also use it on my face and put make up on top and it didn't make my face shiny after a while (like some lotions do).It gave me full protection for the whole day on a day where the sun was out all day and it was between 20-22 degrees. I never felt like I was burning. I did miss a bit of my face by my hairline and it was very red at the end of the day so I could really see that where i had applied the lotion properly it had worked well. It's great for my husband too as he burns easily but hates suncreams. He put this on in the morning and was just as pale at the end of the day!My only niggle (and this is more down to me) is that I applied it to my face near my eyes and, as the day went on, it went into my eyes and felt very uncomfortable and made my eyes feel tired. Next time I use it I'm going to be more careful around the eyes to avoid this.It also says it's waterproof for 80 minutes but I haven' tried this out yet. if it's true then it's basically the only suncream I'll ever buy because it's brilliant!The initial outlay is quite expensive but as you only have to use it once a day (rather than re-applying 3 or 4 times) then it should last you at least double the time a normal suncream would (probably longer) so it basically costs the same.I would recommend this and I will be buying this again.

We have used this sun cream for years now and it is a great product for days at school and clubs. We pop it on the kids in the morning and we don’t worry about them!A couple of negatives- it leaves a yellow stain on the collars and edges of clothes.The kids both got spots when I used it on their face- so we don’t do that anymore and use a specialised face cream instead.I’m not sure how well it would work on holiday and in and out of the pool all day- maybe (hopefully) I will be-able to update later on in the year!!

I bought this for a recent extended trip to SE Asia as I wanted the best protection from the sun, it was 36 degrees some days. I have to say this stuff did the job, I never got burnt once. I wasn't in and out of the water every day but I did only use one application per day and it worked. Would definitely use it again. Different people seem to have different experiences with the product, however, a couple of points I noted......I had read somewhere that it helps with preventing prickly heat although the product doesn't claim to do so.......it didn't prevent me getting prickly heat although it may have helped reduce it, not sure.I avoided wearing white clothing as much as possible to prevent any possible staining of clothing, however, I wore white socks on many occasions and there has definitely been some yellow staining to the socks. It hasn't come out in the wash completely but may have faded slightly.

Spray bottle odourless liquid. Much better than the thick creams that get all over your clothes

I burn so easily and this has been a miracle product. Never bother with anything else now. Get up put it on, let it dry for a bit and then get on with your day without worrying or carrying a huge bottle of cream round all day and stoping every 5 mins to lather stuff on

Fantastic. Buy this all the time for me&kids. Got SPF50 this tome as 5year old going Tunisia &last year my 13yo went with SPF20. She never burnt once but she did come back very very dark and the tan held for almost a year.(hence SPF50 for more delicate skin). As I have said before it may seam expensive but a little does go a long way & you only have to apply once a day. So I would say it goes a lot further that most cheaper brands. The spray bottles are a great new edition as its much easier to apply to your back without dribbling it everywhere. Brilliant for school &holiday clubs as I put it on LO in the morning & he doesn't have to top up. Eg: @sports camp all other kids spent 20mins a couple of times a day reapplying suncream & you then have to hope they've covered themselves properly &not got it in an eye. Only downside is that is can stain white clothing. It helps if you let it completely dry 1st but that's not a guarantee so be careful what you wear.
