I'm reviewing the DisplayPort & HDMI combo model: It arrived quick and is very easy to setup. I'm using a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro, and needed this adapter to extend my desktop to second 4K monitor. This chip alone allows for 2 external monitors using the M1 MacBook. In my case, I was surprised that I was able to setup 3 monitors when using with my docking station (which normally only allows for one external monitor). Make sure to download the latest DisplayLink drivers, and the rest should be easy.
