I bought this brand when my other one was out… this is what I received. I have it a try anyway… I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now and feel nothing compared to my other brand. I wasn’t pleased at all. I gave it 2 stars only because I am aware that we are all built differently and this may work for others.

This Maca supplement has a lot of interesting ingredients in it...tribulus terrestris, cordyceps, fenugreek, creatine, beet root extract. It says to take with food but because I eat once a day in the evening I didn't take it with food. I don't want to take it late in the day because it may cause me to stay awake. It didn't cause any discomfort taking it on an empty stomach. What I have felt is hunger which indicates it is working because one of the things it does is stimulates all of the hormones in the body, one of them being grehlin which stimulates appetite. It has also given me a slight headache and I have found it a little more difficult to fall asleep. While I don't want any of those effects, they should taper off as my body adjusts. Maca is a natural antioxidant and it boost levels of antioxidants like glutathione and superoxide dismutase. I like that these are 3rd party lab tested.

Been taking a few days didn’t notice any of the advertised effects. Came well packaged.
