Bought one in large size couple years ago as N Calif storm season and its’ multiple outages approached. The intensity and length of light produced for the ‘pack-flat’ size and ease of charging is impressive. I clipped it to a small hanging hook in kitchen to capture half day full sun. Best use is to find window that gets the most daylight sun and just leave it. I’ve turned on during power outage 3X and lamp stayed on all night… 6+ hours. Three levels of light. Saw these on a YouTube channel. So glad I ordered them. Perfect for evenings on the boat. Last all night and take up very little space when packed away. Definitely recommend these lights.

Has decent light to have only 3 led units, but for the price (under $12) it's worth the cost. Light not as bright though as my other Lucis that have 2-3 times the led units, but again, it's worth the price, and performance has done well. Would buy again.

I already have 2. But the bigger ones. They are the originals without a charging port. I came across them by chance many years ago while preparing for a hurricane. I went to buy a flashlight at Walmart and the shelves were all empty except for these, which this thing is 100 times better then a battery powered flashlight! Since then I've used it regularly, camping, night kayaking, traveling or petsitting. My roomate borrows one all the time when she goes on camping trips. I bought my mother 2 for power outs and she loves them. She recently had me reorder one because she lost one of them. That's when I saw that they now are able to be charged through pluging in as well. So I bought this one for myself and was pleasantly surprised that it is so tiny! And love the red light and S.O.S feature. I'm debating if I should have this one live in my car or travel bag (move the one in the travel bag into my car and leave the other one in my room for power outs). 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

A couple months ago, tornadoes went through less than two miles away from my house, and we lost power for four days. I'd just bought one of these solar-powered lights with the intention of putting it into a garden lantern. The light was too big for the lantern, but fantastic once we'd lost power.I would charge the light outside during the day, and at night, it was fantastic for keeping my house lit and manageable. The soft light setting was great when we sat in the the hallway to serve as a nightlight or bathroom light. The brighter setting was perfect for when I needed a side light. Overall, I liked the one I'd bought so much that afterward, I grabbed a second one to include in the emergency kit.

My parents had a set of these when I was growing up so on the most recent trip I went on, I knew I had to get a set for myself. The recharging solar panel works perfect and these stayed full bars of charge all week long for our camping trip. These also have a red light that is bright enough to see but won't attract bugs.

Easy to use, have several on hand. Many uses - power outages, camping, back up lighting. They also make great gifts.

I only used this Luci 2 times for my camping trips, but 3rd time, it was totally dead and no light comes out, it would not be able to recharge either by sun light or wall outlet. I tried to fixed it and followed the company's instruction posted on their website to trouble shooting but still not working. It was just a little past return time frame of 30 days but the product has 1-yr warranty. But the MPOWERD would not honor the warranty after I had to answer their countless questions by 17 emails back and forth. Some information had be answered but the company kept emailing with the same questions, and some questions are unreasonable and unattainable. This is a very bad company. I gave up to beg them for refund. You have no way to find a phone # to call them. They just through emails to ask you all kinds of questions to frustrate you and to get away their warranty. MPOWERD is a very bad manufacturer or company.

I have bought several of these for friends after my dear sister sent me a couple and i found out how incredible they were. The power goes out very often where we live and having these has made power outages so much more bearable. They are bright enough to light up a whole room. You can easily read or play games by the light of a Luci light.

Compact for travel I've never had to use the charging cord just keep it clipped on my backpack when hiking for the sun and then works at night full power. The other version that changes color is great for kids and traveling as a night light

Not the new model with usb input :( don't buy if you want the new version

Exactly what I was looking for! Comes in handy when the power goes out. Great for camping. And in the car in case of emergency.
