This is plug and play. Works well with Zoom, Windows camera for capture, etc.As a doc cam, it would be nice if it included a 90 deg rotation feature in addition to the "flip" image. I'm not sure when I need a flipped image, but I find myself having to manually rotate the camera for certain scan objects.My package arrived without the USB C adaptor. So have one on hand if your computer lacks old school USB-A ports. It's a minor issue but if you need this to operate, don't count on your product arriving with one.Vendor please revise the description.As

It is used for office work. This charging connection is made via USB. There are also detailed instructions inside. The picture is very clear.

I guess it's a good value for the price, it does work very easily, however one BIG problem is that it doesn't flip the image vertically, only horizontally. That means if your computer is on your right, you have to drag the cable across your work surface to face it the other direction so your image isn't upside down. I guess this would be fine if you're just taking a pic of a document, but if you're using it to demonstrate something, you don't want people to see the image upside down. It's also not the best image and the gooseneck is too short. I would like to be able to see more of my desktop.

I'm using the camera on a Mac and so had to use the included USB-C adapter. Unfortunately, the adapter was not functional and I couldn't get the camera to connect to my computer. I reached out to customer support and they are the ones that advised me that the USB-C adapter might be junk. When I ordered a new adapter and tried it on, the camera began to work fine. The image quality isn't amazing, but it works and I think it will suit my purposes fine.

This is very good document camera for my class, easy to use and it is very clear. I will highly recommend it.
