so poorly constructed the parts don't fit together. can't even slide the wringer over the mop which defeats the purpose. mop is unusable. also no assembly instructions. absolute waste of money. don't buy

I took off a star because the package took nearly six weeks to get here. If they were to come down on the price some (hint hint Amazon) I’d order another one now. It’s fairly sturdy but very squeaky when using. I have a feeling it may not withstand the rigors of five dogs and a pool but we shall see. The good news: this thing works!! I bought the mop/bucket combo and an extra bucket so I could rinse off the yucky water in one bucket and have clean water in another. I only wring into the dirty bucket. So far, so good. I also use three products that I bought from Amazon that are great: (I should say that we have LVP and ceramic tile throughout our house. The mop is fantastic on the LVP and a good touch up for tile, but I do use a long handled brush on the grout first normally).1) Naturally It’s Clean Floor cleaner. I chose this after my last two dogs died of cancer. I swore no more chemicals on the floor—only natural products. This stuff is the bomb. A couple capfuls in a gallon of hot water cleans better than straight Lysol, and I’m not kidding. One bottle makes a LOT too. One bucket gets this mixture, the other clean water. I get the mop wet but don’t wring it out til it’s dirty. Then wring it, dip it in the cleaning solution, wring it, dip it, then go to town. I found it works better pretty wet when the floor is really dirty. Then you can dry it all off by mopping and wringing only.2) Odoban Pet Solutions No Rinse floor cleaner concentrated cleaner. One dog is very old and frankly doesn’t care where he pees anymore. One is a new puppy. So, after dumping the liquid horror out of the buckets and refilling one with diluted Odoban and two drops of peppermint oil, I do a rinse and dry over all the floors. Wet it, let it sit for 10 minutes, squeegee it up with the dry mop and keep wringing.3)HBNO Peppermint essential oil. Not only does this smell nice (a little goes a long way—just two drops in the rinse bucket), but it supposedly repels critters and buggies. We live on a lake and it’s a problem in the summer. It hasn’t eliminated them but there are definitely less. No more dog smell. At all. I feel like a better person already!I love that whatever stray dog hair the vacuum missed gets scraped off the mop easily. No more picking it off (ew). I also love the design of the buckets (the wheels make it super easy to push them where I need them. However, two warnings. Don’t fill the buckets all the way up. Sloshing. Sloshing everywhere. And don’t pick it up by the handles. Ever. It’s not balanced well, and it will tip and spill nasty water on you. Just pick it up by the edges and it’s fine.The long review makes it sound like a lot of work but it really isn’t. Once I found my rhythm, it went pretty quickly. Very satisfying to see all that grossness that came off the floor too!Good mop, took a long time to get here but worth it. I hope it lasts—fingers crossed!

This isnt what I expected. The ad shows that it dries right away-it doesnt. If your using it as a mop its ok, but for wood floors that need to be dried immediately, this isnt it. The bucket is a bit flimsy

I returned it. No instructions on how to put together.

UPDATE: I mop my floors pretty regularly, it finally snapped. I knew the squeezing meant faulty design and plastic rubbing. Well it broke. I really wanted to love this mop. Shame. Do not buy.I Love this mop, the concept is excellent and space saving. The squeaking sound is unbearable, please fix this!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I am so frustrated with this piece of crap. It sliced my husband's finger. Did not come with any instructions and it doesn't work. Amazon needs to figure out a way to test 3rd party items. Can't trust them anymore. Lesson learned.

The product is very good at maintaining cleanliness, it leaves the floor very well, but it is not for a very dirty floor.Now the company that sends it is in China because it takes more than 20 days and it took me more than 3 days to assemble it because it does not come with instructions and it is not easy to assemble it.El producto es muy bueno para mantener la limpieza, deja el piso muy bien, pero no es para un piso muy sucio.Ahora la compania que lo manda esta en china porque se demora mas de 20 dias y me tomo mas de 3 dias ensamblarlo porque no trae instruciones y noes facil ensamblarlo

There were no instructions. There was a piece of paper with a code to scan for instructions but it didn't work. Fortunately for me I have a smart husband who watched the sales video and figured out how to put it together.I do like the mop and the bucket. Very easy to use and the mop glides across the floor.
