I bought this to replace the bottom part of the edge controller because the rubber pats started to come loose.this is an exelent solution because the bottom part of the controller can be remove without disassembly the entire controller.There’s pros and cons with this product when it came. Let’s start with the only cons that I have with it. The back faceplate come with all the plastic locks. But the ones that goes closer to the lock of the upper plate are less open that the original plate. So you need to open them without breaking them. So you need a long pliers to force them open.So the pros are if you for some reason break the lock of the front faceplate do not worry. This set comes with an extra lock and two springs for it. The faceplates both front and back one are matte finished. You can use original faceplate with the replace back plate because they’re fit perfectly. You can complete this job in an hour or less wile taking it easy. And the best part is that it look way better that the faceplate with broken rubber parts.

Awesome product easy installation only took a few minutes to install on the PS5 edge controller everything fit perfect !!!!! Like OEM . Anybody can do this it’s super simple so don’t be intimidated by it . Reason I replaced it was because you see the piece sitting there on the blanket. The rubber was starting to come apart from the controller and bubble.

Probably my favorite of the front and backplate replacement of the Dualsense Edge. Served its purpose for a good couple of months, but because of the natural oils and heat from human hands, it can wear down the protective sealant that is protecting the paintjob of the plate. Started showing cracks of that layer where your middle/ring/pinky finger naturally rests on the grip of the controller.

Perfect for when you start to experience the bubbling on the original controller handles. I added some dragon grip stick ons to the back and I am 100% happy.

This was a perfect fit! Easy to install and extremely happy with the product. The original grips on the edge were comfortable but would fall apart with time (poor design IMO). This replacement perfectly solves the problem by removing the grip and feeling completely OEM.

Back Panel has enough of a gap to pry it open with your nails.One side of the front panel (left side when you are looking at it) doesn't fit properly, is raised slightly and makes noise when pushed against it.

Purchased this like many others because the grips on the dual edge controller were peeling off. I tried many times to put the back plate on and it never fit. The middle part fit perfectly, but the places it would connect around the grips weren't even close to fitting. I even tried to use a vice grip because I thought maybe I wasn't pushing hard enough. I gave up and put the original back on and it fit perfectly. Maybe I got a poorly made one, but I'm returning it.

Works like a charm. Easy to install and looks/feels great. Definitely the go to fix when your rubber starts bubbling and peeling up on your edge pro controller.
