These are honestly very good quality for being aftermarket. I thought it was going to be flimsy plastic that once you installed them the clips were going to break but no it’s good quality it clipped into place very easily and looks just like the OEM part I took out. Excuse the dusty dash in the photos i need to do some detailing lol.

I broke one of the original parts removing it a couple of years ago and glued it back together but the little glue line has always bothered me. Had the dash apart this week to replace a bulb and of course the 'repaired' part snapped again. The price of the genuine Toyota part is too high (for me), even the used ones. Also difficult to determine from the online Toyota parts catalog which part is correct. Saw the price on these and decided to try them.I went ahead and replaced both sides (2010 Toyota RAV4). The 'textured' finish is correct but the shade is slightly lighter than the original. The new parts slide right in and snap tightly, not sure how it will be getting them out.Keep in mind that you will need the switch or the blank button from your old part - don't toss the whole thing until you are done with your repair.If you haven't figured this out by now, the parts slide straight out of the dash toward you. Don't pry upward.

I have two sets of these for a 2009 and 2010 RAV4. I have installed them and taken them back out to continue working behind the radio many times over the past month or so and they handled the stress well without losing their fit and grip. They replaced the OEM parts where one OEM panel cracked due to age and stress while being removed.
