I had large gobs of moss growing on the roof of a garden shed with a tile roof which had missed the roof cleaning of my house last summer. I sprayed this product on Saturday (5/3) morning and by Monday (5/5) morning I was able to wash the roof clean with garden hose. The extended spray nozzle also worked great.

This is the best product I’ve used to date to remove mold from my vinyl siding. Easy to use the nozzle works great and all you have to do is exactly what it says, wet it down and forget it. In no time the mold is gone and my siding looks like new again!

This stuff is great. The exterior of my house had mildew on it and one treatment with this and it was gone. Very easy to use. I subtracted one star because I’m not crazy about the sprayer, it seems to leak. It works but could be better. I even like the smell of the product. It is very light, almost nonexistent.

I have NO idea if this product works as described as the "extreme reach" nozzle was missing from my order(even though the product is labeled as such and the attached instructions SHOW how to use the nozzle for different applications)..a small square of plastic was attached to the head but it doesn't fit anywhere on the spray head. I tried using the product "as is" and was able to reach about 6 " vertically...UNTIL about 1/2 way through the bottle, it developed a vaccum and collasped in upon itself...NOT what I hoped for. I did send this info to the company and also contacted Amazon Customer Support (the wet and forget is NOT able to be returned) A very nice young man was able to process a refund for me and I will be buying something else LOCALLY to check for proper parts.

This seems to work decent over time. It leaked terribly from the hose end. Perhaps mine was missing a gasket? Either way I got soaked after using this on the house. Being soaking wet when it's 50° outside is less than pleasant.

Works well over time. Some stains it can’t handle without some scrubbing but worth the purchase price. Saves a lot of climbing with the special nozzle that comes with it. This is my fourth purchase of this product. Good transaction.

I used this on my roof. It took less than 2 hours to apply and it keeps my tile roof free of algae and mold for over 2 years. All my neighbors use it. The option is to have a power wash done by a professional for $300
