Shockingly Great Space Saver
I was using a utensil organizer from a common brand associated with things made of rubber that I've owned for 15 years. It was fine, but my utensil drawer was small and it didn't make good use of the space. I bought two of these for that drawer, which wrangled my service for 6 plus other odds and ends that end up in a utensil drawer.I felt like it was a gamble when I ordered it, but once I arrived and got them in place I was laughing that I should've done it sooner. I'd buy these for housewarming gifts in a heartbeat!

Durable
I've used this organizer for over 2 years now and it works perfectly. Holds about 10 of each utensil and is very sturdy and sleek. Only issue is it is a bit difficult to clean

Very handy knife storage.
Nice and compact and easy to store away. Looks really nice, even tho it is made of plastic. Unless you're knife collection is quite large, this should be all you need. It can easily hold my 8" serrated bread knife.

A nice way to organize
I used something like this at an air bnb we stayed at recently and liked how it didn’t take up much drawer space.I have overflow silverware. Extra place settings, big serving spoons… things that just make my drawer too heavy. I don’t care if they are labeled, I know what is in each slot- forks in one, spoons in the other. The top is for my serving spoons. I was able to take these 35 pieces out of my main drawer and put them in a bottom drawer to use only when needed. A great space saver!! (Third picture)I also got one for my steak knives. Great way to organize. (First picture)Nicely made, nice grey color! I’m very happy.

looks nice, but kinda a pain
Looks nice, I am not replacing, but I would not buy again because this product has 2 annoying problems:1 - Hiding the head means it's harder to quickly identify what is the correct level to pull from. There are suggested labels, but they can be hard to identify quickly, and so this comes down to consistency. But this is a minor issue.2 - What I find more annoying is the fact that the divider walls do not cover the entire cavity for your silverwear. This means that both sides mix, and if your silverwear can get stuck in the cavity without an easy way to get it out.Other Notes:- Additionally the design makes cleaning harder. It's not impossible, and is doable, but it requires you to take it apart to do a good job, and I could see that being hard for some people.- Size is fine, but is also a little cramped. It can be hard to get an orderly pile like you can in other solutions. Is that matters.- I found this moves a bit. Not sure if that is because of my setup or a specific critique of this product though.
