FIDECO Mouse Dock for Apple Magic Mouse 2, Mouse Charging Base with Wireless Charger, Support Wireless Charging, Ergonomic Design, Increase Comfort and Full Control

I cannot recommend this charging base and charging pad enough!!! My biggest complain with my apple mouse is that it has to be plugged in on the bottom of it while charging. Meaning it can’t be used at all while charging and I always forget to plug it in until it’s too late. This charging base is a complete game changer! My mouse fits perfectly and snugly in the base. The cutout for the on/off button is precise. And, it does exactly what it’s intended to do, wirelessly charges the mouse when you set it on the pad!!! It’s so good! I never thought this would be an option, but I’m so happy I ordered this base to try it out. I highly recommend this and I’ve already bought a second one because my husband was jealous when he saw mine!! Don’t overthink it, just buy it!!

This dock gives the magic mouse 2 the perfect dimensions, especially for someone with large hands.However, when I first tried to use it, it wouldn't work at all! I thought I was going crazy, but then for giggles I tried it on my (wood) table without the mouse pad, and it instantly worked. It also worked with a piece of printer paper on top of my black mouse pad. So, I thought maybe it was the color. I tried it with a white mouse pad, no dice.As it turns out, this mouse dock requires a semi-reflective surface to work. Makes sense when you look inside it and see the mirrors. So, I got an aluminum mouse pad and it's been great since.

I was so disappointed when I tried out my new Apple mouse. On its own, it's downright unusable, but with this adapter, I'm not straining my had constantly. It is definitely a heavier mouse now, which I prefer. I can actually use the Magic mouse gestures now. The wireless charging capability is awesome too.

I’m so happy I’ll never experience the dreaded dead wireless mouse battery on my Mac. I know that these batteries are designed to be charged and discharged, and not just left on a charger, so I only dock it on the mag base once every couple of weeks or so.

I really like the concept of what this mouse dock would do. It would allow for easier use and for a bigger mouse than the magic mouse. My only concern, and it's a pretty big one, is that with the dock on the mouse, my mouse is a lot slower to respond.

I can't say enough good things about this Magic Mouse dock. This is the device I've been waiting for my whole life!! (or what feels like a lifetime, anyway)I love Apple's Magic Mouse, but like many many other users, have a HUGE problem with the charging situation. It's absolutely absurd that they put the lightning charging port on the bottom of the mouse so you can't charge it and use it at the same time. For years I've been complaining about this (ask my wife, she'll tell you how sick she is of hearing about it lol) yet no matter what other mouse I try, none of them ever live up to the actual functionality of the Apple mouse.Now enter the FIDECO Mouse Dock, and oh my word this thing is a life saver. The mouse plugs right into the dock itself that has a built-in lightning port so you don't ever need to take it on/off to charge and use. I was wary about getting used to a "bigger" mouse in my hand all day every day, but so far this thing is fantastic, feels perfect in my hand, and the tracking actually seems to be BETTER than it was without it! The dock adds a little bit of weight to it (Mouse is 3.3 oz on its own, jumps to 5.4 oz with the dock) but I actually really dig the extra weight.The best thing? Every night when I'm done with work, I just move the mouse over a few inches and set it on the wireless charging pad and forget about it. Fully charged every morning and I'm pretty sure I'll never find myself in a situation again where I have to take a 10-15 minute break to plug the mouse into a lightning cable just to get up to 5-6% on my mouse so I can barely finish the work day.Sure it'd be cool if I got a black one so it would match the color of my mouse, but I honestly don't even care at all that it's mismatched... I'll never stop using this thing.All in all, if you're one of the many people stuck in the same situation, I couldn't recommend this dock enough. Don't even think about it, just get it and you won't be disappointed.

Magic Mouse 2 now comes with the USB-C port and apple has being moving to USB-C for more than 2 years now. What I have is a Magic Mouse 2 with USB-C port for charging and seeing the description of this product saying USB-C I thought it is compatible.Only when I got the product (shipped by amazon to a friend who delivered it to me today) I saw what it had was a lightening connector which is not compatible at all. So I dont know what to do with this product anymore. I cant use it as a docker even if I decide to charge it separately incase inserting a lightening connector to a usb-c port damages it over time. Cant return it anymore since I cant reach my friend before he flies back to USA.This misleading description of the product should be updated.

So even the fact that I'm writing this tells you something.It does add a bit of girth to your mouse, but I have big hands and appreciate that.It comes with the Qi Charger, which is USB-C input. At the end of the day, you can put it on it and you're good for the week.Tracking is great either on a mousepad or raw dogging on my black table surface.Installation is stupid easy.Only reason for not full 5 stars: the ergonomics can be improved
