I was a little concerned about the assembly process as I'm not very talented with mechanical prowess. The instructions were a bit difficult for me to interpret and I feel better photographs with the instructions would be helpful for the less mechanically inclined. But by taking slow and reviewing all the instructions as I went along made it fairly easy to complete.The platform is a bit low to the ground but the multiple positions available with the adjustable platform more than make up for any of my initial misgivings.Now that I've had a week of using the adjustable positions I am very happy with the bed. My sleeping time has increased to more than 7 hours a night which is a vast improvement for me. I also wake up with less back pain which is also a problem for me. Extremely satisfied with this bed and would recommend it for anyone who wants to improve their sleeping experience.If I can successfully carry out assembly with minimal assistance, almost anyone with ordinary reading ability and minimal mechanical abilities can do the same.Great product, and very reasonable price.

I am so happy I got this, it is really high quality and very affordable.I bought my first high-end mattress about 1 year ago and always wanted to get an adjustable bedframe, but all the ones being sold in mattress stores is crazy expensive plus those you saw on TikTok or other ads. It has always been a struggle of where can i get a high-quality adjustable bedframe that is affordable.after looking for the online views I decided to give Miscoos a try, knowing that these types of bedframes are so heavy that once you buy it there is pretty much no way to return it.Packaging:they use an insane amount of warps, protection materials one-time wood plank, zip tides, and even screws to lock everything together to protect it from any potential damage during transportation. the entire thing was delivered as 1 piece. so well packaged that when you lift it to your room, it feels like you are lifting 1 item instead of a bunch of components.Manuel:I was surprised that the instruction booklet aka owner's manual was made with glassy paper with really good texture instead of those cheap papers used by most furniture manufacturers. However, the physical booklet is only in English. I personally didn't really have to read any of the directions tho, though the picture itself is pretty clear on what needs to be done for each step of assembly.Installation processThe hardest part is getting this super heavy box into my room, is 106 pounds. my room was in the 4th floor of the house and it 100% took us like 2 week to had enough will to lift it to my room. The entire process take about 2 hour, very simple steps, and some parts were already put together. I think I spend more time moving things around my room to make space than actually installing it. Power tools will come in handy if you have them (i have no clue if they recommend using power tools or not)MaterialThe entire thing except the part where the mattress sits on is completely made out of metal, is very sturdy. the adjustable parts were very smooth when going up and down. The part your mattress lays on are manufactured wood cover in some type of fabric, looks pretty steady as well but does scare me a little bit putting all my weight on the left or right edge of the bed where the metal bedframe is about 6-inch from the edge of the wood plate. Overall not a huge concern.functionality and lookit works exactly how it is advertised, except your mattress won't exactly look like the one they had in the picture, if you are not laying on it, some part of your mattress is flying up a bit due to the angle. it doesn't hurt it tho. The zero gravity mode is actually super cool, it is insanely comfortable and I 100% no regret buying this just for that mode. you can also adjust the head and footer individually. there is a button you can press to get it back to flat.Overall100% high quality. make and package with love, work just as advertised, and are very affordable compared to other brands. I love being able to watch TV with just 1 pillow instead of stacking 5 pillows on my back to get a perfect angle. then I just end up sliding off the pillow mountain due to my lower body are just laying flat.

I ordered the king size. The package was way heavier than I expected it to be. Also, it is packed very well and you'll have to unscrew several bolts that are just hand tightened.The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Even includes how to unpack it. Everything works as it should.

Update: Finally able to contact company & after a few emails back & forth they sent me a new motor for the foot of the bed frame. It’s working again, & I love it! I’m hoping it was just a fluke & both current motors will continue to work for years….This need frame was great - until it quit working! Purchased August 2024 when I got a new mattress - the frame was fairly easy to assemble & cheaper than the name brand, so I loved it. Then in February 2025 (6 months old) it started having issues sometimes not working with the remote. I changed the batteries, hoping that would fix the issue - - - but it didn’t! An adjustable bed frame is useless if it won’t adjust! Today the head part will go down or up, but the foot part is stuck in the up position! It won’t go down no matter what I do. I wish I’d just paid more to purchased the name brand that at least had a warranty longer than 30 days! I’m definitely not a happy camper…… and can’t even find how to contact the seller.

Easy to assemble (2 hours doing everything by myself), very sturdy and being able to make the head and feet adjustments make for an amazing nights rest.

Awesome. I sleep so good. Actually work from my bed now that I can sit up. Haven’t left my bed in a couple days but I’m comfy.

Packaging for shipping was unusually well planned 5 stars. Instruction manual was sparse and diagrams confusing. 2 stars. One board was drilled wrong. Foam strips were to be glued on... what glue? Where do they go? Instructions said to turn frame over and glue on bottom. What? SOB is heavy and awkward. 3 stars for product. Emailed tech support. 2 days later cell phone was attacked with simultaneous texts and calls. Caller was incoherent. Sorry for not being fluent in a common language, M'am. After 5 calls/texts i blocked both. Customer service 0 stars.
