I cooked filet mignon last night and it came out perfect very juicy not dried out the meat has the ridge marks on them after cooked which cooks the meat evenly and cleaning is a breeze i highly reccomend this pan!

Perfect for induction heating source for grilling at the table (of course w fondue too!) perfect size - heated evenly- love it!

I use my pan several times a week and absolutely love it. Feels extremely sturdy and looks great. It cooks evenly and leaves some nice grill marks. Clean up is a breeze!

I like this pan but it is not everything that I was looking for. With the cover it takes up a lot of space. Food cooks up good in it and it is easy to clean. The weight is good too so it doesn’t travel on your burner. I guess I was hoping for an exact replacement of a favorite pan. It is a nice pan.

It’s everything it claims to be. Cleans up super easy. The lid fits perfectly and the handle is warm but not HOT. It’s definitely non stick.

Pan warped after a couple of uses, it no longer sits flat on my induction cook-top. I believe it is because the pan thickness is too thin. it was never subjected to extreme temperature differences such as putting under cold or warm water just after cooking. Pan was always left on cook-top until it cooled before washing. Its non stick quality seems to be quite good.Since it no longer sits flat on my induction cook top) I will not be using it again. Perhaps if they made the bottom thicker it wouldn't have warped.

Really nice. As advertised no stick and really easy to clean. Was unsure about how it heat up because of other products used. Heated evenly and fast. Highly recommend this product.
