Garden Variety Base Game - A Quirky, Easy to Learn Card Game for Kids, Teens, Adults - 2-5 Players, Ages 7+

Got this as a present for my daughter for her 7th birthday. It’s easy to learn and a fun strategy game to play on game night and you can’t beat the price. The card quality is excellent with awesome illustrations (as always). Would definitely buy an expansion pack if it came out.

I adore the game! It’s excellent as a starter to your family game night or as an introduction game for people who are newer to card games. Design is great with adorable critters and pastel colors. The rule book explains very well and gives examples of various rounds. I just wish there were more cards that could be played. We played in a group of 3 and we ran out of cards FAST! It’s probably a 8 minute game if you don’t run into any “critter fights”/suit color fights. I hope they do some expansion packs for this game to reduce the frequency of running into gnomes/wildflower cards.Amazon delivered the package safely no issues or damages to the case. Very satisfied.

This game is so cute. I wish it came with stickers of each of the card’s images! My favorite is the pufferfish bumble bee! The game is very easy to learn/play. Like a cross between war and rock-paper-scissors. The gnome cards were a little confusing at first, but then we realized they only applied to cards already played on the table 👍 highly recommended game

Think rock paper scissors kicked up a notch. Very easy to learn (even for some drunk distracted friends) and super quick to play.

This game is really easy to learn. mostly because it's a variation of rock paper scissors, but that's where it ends. There could be a lot more creativity with the scoring (especially end game).
