Worthy and powerful
This air conditioner is excellent for cooling my room in the summer, quickly bringing down the temperature within minutes. It has a sleek design and a convenient WiFi app for control. The packaging was secure, and it arrived much sooner than expected. With the easy installation guide, I had it set up in just 15 minutes. It's also quieter than other units I've owned. Despite its compact size, it's very powerful. It's well worth the cost.

Great alternative for my broken ac
I purchased this mainly becuause my central ac has quit on me, the ac guy quoted me 6000 to replace it, I simply couldn’t afford it at this point, so this becomes a great alternative for my 300 sf room, it is very easy to install, noise level is acceptable. Appearance wise is to my liking. It is great quality and pretty heavy to lift it to m second floor all by my self, need a container to hold all the water coming out of the product though, it performance great, my room feels cool and within few minutes in a hot summer day in Florida:)

Product info for installation not as stated
Unit works well and cools room quickly. The only problem is that the window filler is not up to 59” as stated in the description. It only extends about 46”, so we had to use a cardboard piece to fill the remaining spot where window was open. Bought this one because of the stated length, and didn’t want to hassle with returning it.

Convinence
My central AC is down in a week. This portable conditional works great on my living room instead the central AC. I love it. Make my family stay cool inside the house. Easy to installed and doesn’t make big noise like window AC. Just hopefully will be energy efficiency.

Missing remote - everything else is great-
Everything is great except the remote was missing - I sent a note - they sent a new remote but it was not the right one. If they send the right one I'd change the rating!

I purchased one of these and I love them. They keep the house cool and they are easy to clean. I’m happy with this purchase
