The color swirl worked as advertised!
I was pretty impressed with this toy! When we added water, the colors began to swirl around and the little animals started to pop out! It was really cool to watch and my daughter loved it! The pretty rainbow effect only lasted for a matter of minutes, then it all mixed together into a muddy brown color, but by then the animals were all hatched out. The only downside to this toy is the fact that the pretty swirl effect can only be done once and it only lasted a few moments. There’s no way to reload the colors to do it again. My daughter loved to watch it though and I was impressed that it worked the way it was advertised.

Fun little toy!
My daughter loves tiny little toys like this so this seemed like the perfect thing to add to her Easter basket. They were a hit! She had a blast watching them crack out of the egg and couldn't wait to see what popped out of it. She has been carrying them everywhere (which is great until she loses one 😆)

Adorable with a lot of one time use plastic
My daughter LOVED this toy! It is adorable and the colors when it hatched were SO COOL!I am a little bummed by how much plastic is used up on these- it seems really bad for the environment. She still played with the hatchery bit for a while after Christmas, but now she carries the little animals around in a purse and they are TINY with even TINIER accessories.

Great value! My 6 year old daughter loves these. Watching all the different colors come together and swirl before seeing the eggs hatch was an added pleasant surprise and bonus! Very magical.

This was definitely worth the price. My daughter loves these and having many in one case was so exciting. I would say this product was worth every penny.

Hatching fun
It can be a little messy at first but my granddaughter absolutely loved them. Even after several weeks she's still playing with the babies that hatched. I will definitely get her more eggs in the future. She hatched the small eggs though. No big ones yet.
