4-way wow!
I got a bit of this to make a hair “rat” for my Gibson Girl hairdo. It is nicely stretchy and of good quality. Doesn’t seem to run even when sewing close to the edge. Color was accurate to the photo. Glad I bought it!

Poor quality, fabric does not lay flat.
This power mesh fabric curls up at the ends where you cut it, even under perfect conditions where you’re not pulling the fabric at all.
