Okay, I gotta say, this is such a game-changer! Being a Philips product, I already expected solid quality, but this lock really delivers. The fingerprint scanner works like a charm, and having four ways to unlock (PIN, app, key, and fingerprint) means I never get locked out. Plus, the auto-lock feature is genius, no more panicking about whether I remembered to lock the door!The two included lever handles give it a sleek, high-end look, and installation was way easier than I thought, just a screwdriver and about 20 minutes of my time. The Bluetooth and WiFi compatibility (with the optional hub) means I can control it remotely, and voice commands with Alexa/Google are super convenient.For the price? Total steal. This was easy to install and I would recommend it. The hardware was made with quality materials and looked very good. I would have given this only 4.5 stars if I could because you need to purchase the WiFi bridge separately if you want to utilize the Alexa or Google Assistant features. In addition, I called Amazon tech support for help because every time I tried to use the Google Assistant to unlock or lock the unit, it kept telling me that something went wrong with the PIN I entered. I had to dig into the Google group chats and learned that you need to use the PIN from the Philips app under the profile section. From there you select "works with" and then Google Assistant. You will find the correct PIN in this section. I did purchase the WiFi bridge separately and I'm very happy with the system.

This smart lock is great. Very easy to assemble. The fingerprint recognition is next to none and the app is easy to use. It connects like it should and hasn’t given me any problems. It WILL log you out every once in a while for security reason, but you just have to log back in. It’s easy to program and add multiple people. The only reason I dropped a star is because it goes through batteries pretty fast. I didn’t receive a notification that the batteries are low and it seems to affect the auto lock. I had the problem where it wouldn’t auto lock right away and one day it auto locked a few hours later while I was home, so that’s something to watch out for. All in all it’s a very good lock, great for the price.

I received some of the parts were used and worn out but when I contact the seller they reached out immediately and solve the problem. Very satisfied with the customer service.

This thing will lock your door better than any lock has ever locked before. Although it is super cool that my door talks and tells me when it lock or unlocks, it's also super annoying seeing as I could hear the motor from 2 houses down. All in all, it works. It looks nice and modern, and it's pretty convenient. Does what it says it will do, and that's all you can really ask.

The door look seems to work fine. The installation instructions we vague and I had to repeat steps of the installation multiple times because of the lack of details in the steps.
