Garbage in 4 months
Had mine 4 months and ran it maybe 10 times, it quit charging, does not turn on. Before it died, it did work ok, but not great, not worth paying the money when it will fail Before 6 months...I'm writing this review because I noticed many other people had the same problem...

Excellent pool vacuum at a great price!
This is an excellent pool vacuum. I have a cage over my lanai, so I was wondering if it would be effective because the cage screen keeps leaves out. I was amazed at how much small stuff (bugs, pollen, etc) was swept up by the Smorobot. My pool filter used to get clogged so quickly and since I have been using my Smorobot, I have not had to clean the main pool filter once. A small part broke and when I contacted Smorobot, they did not hesitate and sent me a replacement free of charge and free shipping. Great customer service! When you take it out of the water, take it out slowly to allow the water to drain out, then it is a reasonable weight. So easy to use - just turn it on and chose between floor only, or floor and walls. Great value for the money!

Wont turn on after just 1 month
Update-they gave me a full refund and didn’t make me send it back. Their customer service is very helpful.Had it a month and it won’t turn on after charging. Now have to find a box to return it in bc I didn’t keep the original. Don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t do it
Don’t do it! Awful product, stop’s taking and/or holding a charge after three months of weekly use. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. You’ve been warned.

Easy to use
I had another robot but it was not very satisfactory. This one is brilliant, easy to use, charge’s well and does an excellent job.

Does well but is dying faster and faster
This was great at the start but now the battery isn’t lasting as long and it has been flipping upside down in certain sloped areas of my pool.
