Does not work….avoid!
Why did you choose this product over others?:I’ve a broken wire somewhere in the wiring loom between my car’s engine control unit and one of the injectors. I bought this to try and find the break but to be honest, it is nothing more than a noise maker. No matter how many times I ran the “wand” up and down the loom, even switching positions from top of the loom to the bottom, all I got was a constant drone that didn’t pinpoint the break. So I ended up buying new wire and running it from the ECU to the injector bypassing the broken wire which fixed the issue. This gadget is utterly useless for automotive purposes and has been returned.
