Thrilled with this nostalgic mp3 player, nice hardware & great support
This is a great device, the best mp3 player I've found on the market today. I'm not interested in touch screens and really would just prefer the old ipod experience w/ more storage and bluetooth - which is exactly what this device does. I had an issue with my device not operating correctly and I reached out to the Innioasis Facebook support via Messenger and they immediately responded back and sent a replacement.I believe my issue with the device was a faulty internal microsd card because when I replaced it with my own the device would continue to operate. Either way, there was no other device available that met my needs like this & I'm thrilled with the device.I saw some recommendations online about using MusicBee to organize your mp3's into folders and then copy to the device - that worked best for me. The software is free and works great. If you run into the boot loop issues, try to update the firmware and then if still having a problem you can try removing the microsd card. Insert a spudging tool on the right side, in the middle, and pop the case open then work your way around. Remove the 3 phillips head screws and on the back of the circuit board you'll see the microsd card with a piece of black cloth tape covering it. I took another microsd card (32gb was all I had) and deleted the partition, then reinserted. It prompted me to format it and everything was good to go from there.Make sure to unmount the device when disconnecting. Enjoy this great hardware, I'm glad a company is still working on these cool devices.

Great mp3 player! User friendly, lightweight, simple but effective. Exactly what I wanted!
I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but this is a great mp3 player! It's very simple, easy to navigate and understand the controls, and I love the fact that it's just an mp3 player without any other distractions. It has the standard headphone jack, no worries about dongles or whatever the latest phones are doing. The screen turns off after a few minutes of no input, which protects you from accidentally pressing a button when this device is in your pocket. I believe it has a setting to change how long it waits before going to sleep like that. Easy to add music, just drag and drop folders onto it. Very happy with this, no issues or complaints at all. Feels nice to unplug from the internet sometimes. :)

Great MP# player for the price
I like that it holds so much music. My only issue is with the navigation, which is a little cumbersome. If you have a lot of different artists, you have to scroll for a long time to get to the ones who are later in the alphabetical list.

worked nicely for a month, then died. RIP
this worked very well for about a month, then just died without warning!

Passable but unimpressive
I'm not sure why I got this apart from the fact that is was just $55. It would be potentially great for someone without a smart phone (who's that?) or a young person without a phone (who's that) who you want to turn on to music, but I guess I'm just a geek who had to have yet another mp3 player. It works ok and even has a tiny speaker and can be plugged into headphones (the buds it comes with are really cheap). It was a bit tricky to get started on my Mac but it worked (you have to hold that center button until until starts and I do mean HOLD it!!). Transferring audio files was a snap and when I got it to work with my Bose wireless headphones it actually sounded great.... BUT it's a pain to connect to many Bluetooth devices and I simply gave up on a few. It's clunky to use (like the iPod it looks like) and the construction feels flimsy, but hey it works and it was only $55 which is why I gave it three stars instead of one. In other words it'll do if you are looking for a cheap mp3 player. There's another version from this company that looks more like an iPhone that goes for $75 instead of $55 and has 160GB instead of just 128GB and maybe I'll waste more money to see if I like that better. I already have a feeling this is going to become a paperweight.

Happy with this player
Bought it for 10y daughter. She seems happy. It has everything you need to enjoy music. Good bluetooth connection, nice interface, pictures of songs, even lyrics can be seen. I'm happy with purchase.
