Our treadmill arrived without any operating instruction or safety key to turn it on. I requested these from the company and got no response. I had to build my on key to get it working and then had to figure out the programming and software myself. Would not buy again. Seems to work ok now, but there are many other treadmill companies out there that would stand behind their product better than this.

Treadmill was very easy to put together and took just a few minutes. It is smaller than the one I replaced, but I have adjusted okay.The 10" screen looked like it would be vertical from the pictures is actually horizontal so you have to look down to make the most of it. The apps, such as YouTube, do work. Just note that they get buried when you set the speed, but you can get them back.The biggest letdown for me was that the actual belt speed and distance didn't match what the display indicated. The fastest actual speed is around 7.8 mph (7:42/mile) instead of the 9 mph indicated.I use it for all my fitness and race training needs when the weather is bad. This will meet my need to keep my miles up but limits my intervals (HIIT).

This is a decent treadmill for the price point. Just remember you always get what you pay for. The treadmill belt works as expected, the programs are nice. The screen is nice and big for the equipment. However, do not plan on using any of the app functions as they simply do not work, a time here or there one of them will actually load but within a minute they freeze. No internet connectivity issues with anything in my house except for this treadmill. I can still exercise with it but I have to rely on tv or speakers at home because blutooth does not connect to anything either, so, no music connectivity like it boasts. I am ok with purchase because of compact design and price point but when its time to replace it I will spend much more on a different brand to get and be able to use the features I care about. I cannot say I actually recommend this to anyone else.

It does what it's supposed to. But it's pretty small. Easy assembly, weighs nothing.

The belt on the treadmill is very small and I find it difficult to stay within the parameters of it. It also is a manual incline, and I thought it was an automatic incline. It does provide access to various programs which is an extra feature of you are interested in something like that, as well as a large screen.
