Q: Can I switch the watch charging piece to the other side?

No it is all one piece and can't be moved, and be aware that the watch charging piece doesn't work half the time - seems to hold the charging pad set in to the metal frame just enough that the watch doesn't make good contact and will stop charging after a minute or two.

Q: Does anyone know if this stand is compatible with a polar vantage watch charger?

Compare the size of the charger to an Apple Watch charger. The Polar Vantage charger appears to be larger and may not fit. The hole in this device fits the Apple Watch charger circumference but is too deep to accommodate the watch. The back of the watch could not connect with the charger.

Q: Will it tip over with Apple 11max pro (with case) and watch? I’m reading mix reviews.

I have charged an iPad on the stand along witj my watch with good result. Admittedly, with a larger device one has to bit a more careful with balanced placement.
