Pages are Missing / Duplicate Pages
Please send a replacement for Volume 1 as half of Chapter 2 and half of Chapter 3 are missing from my book, instead complete Chapter 4 and same half of Chapter 3 is printed twice in the same book.I cannot afford to buy both volumes again for 1550.If you cannot provide me replacement then at least allow me to buy Volume 1 only.
