This is a really neat combination tool for the price.
I am really impressed with this tool. It easily fits on any keychain without being heavy or very large. It is not much over an inch square yet manages to contain several sizes of both flat blade and phillips type screwdrivers from small to very small. Some are small enough to use on mini screws, they type use on eyeglasses for example. It would attach to a keychain through the hole made by they pliers/ hex wrench. It is not much bigger than most care remote unlock devices that are often found on keychains. To use the pliers/wrench/crimper you just need to flip the other items back which allows them to act as handles and have a way to use the wrench part. It is not heavy duty though can get many jobs done in a pinch and quite amazing the number of things this can do in such a small package. I am impressed that it contains all the items it does for the price. It is not heavy duty but neither is it poor quality where this unit is likely to get damaged during normal use. It also comes with a lifetime warranty and is priced under 9 bucks so I have been very satisfied with it but so far only need to use the screw drivers. One can get sturdier more expensive mutlitools but I have not seen one that can do more for being so timy and fit on a keychain. It says it comes it the following Two hex wrenches (1/4" and 7/16" both incorporated in to the same head of the wrench which can be used as light duty pliers as well. This also doubles as the pliers and under the jaws of the pliers are the wire crimpers. The six screw dirvers, 3 of each are all in useful sizes. The rulers are just marks engraved on the side of the tool and so short I am not sure what they can be used for in a practical sense but better to have them there than not. It also says in incorporates a hand drill. This is a very small thin drill bit that would make a very small hole. I am not sure how useful this would be or how sturdy but again it is better to have it than not. I expect one needs to be careful with that being so thin so it does not break. However I am sure it is capable of making a tiny hole in to various materials, though I would say softer than most metals. The file is not that great but it has one.In my opinion the most useful thing about this tool is that for it's small size you get a good variety of usable small screwdrivers and a working wrench and pliers. Those are the only items I see myself actually using but you never know. But those alone are pretty impressive for a tool that folds in to less than two inches square. So to even have somewhat useful pliers and wrenches fold out of such a small item is very unusual. Of course a large strong steel multi tool such as an SOG or Leatherman type is going to be able to handle much tougher duties and have more leverage to do them. But this is not a competitor for those. This is an inexpensive keychain item for well under 10 bucks. Viewed in that light it is quite impressive and I am sure will come in handy when I am not around my usual set of tools. If this is on your keychain it will be there whenever you need it to do all the tasks it is capable of. I am very impressed with what this does for it's size and price. I have recently been purchasing small items specifically to be compact and fit on a keychain to cover as many duties are I run in to and this has been an excellent addition to the set. I am very happy with it for the size and price.

Useful but…
It became a little loose so sometimes it falls off my keys if my keys are in my pockets. Also just be aware that it got some weight to it.

Swiss+Tech Micro-Max Pocket Tool: A better than expected impulse item
So many tools to pick from as we explore those available here on Amazon and during regular forays to the brick-and-mortar stores, but how good are they?Bought this Swiss+Tech ST53100 Micro-Max 19-in-1 Key Ring Multi-Function Pocket Tool as an impulse item here when it showed up as a Lightning Deal, then wondered if it was truly worth it after I placed the order. When it arrived, I put it through its paces, fiddling with all of the 19 different tools, trying to see if it was any better than the clone version that was in the bin by the register at my local hardware store.◆ Pros:+ Nice stainless steel construction; well finished+ Handy and compact; good to have as a backup when cycling+ Very convenient; rational selection of tools+ Attaches to a key ring; no holster needed◆ Concerns:± Will it loosen over time, falling off a key ring?◆ What You Get:Going to list the tools available with this versatile 19-in-1 multi-function pocket tool, as all too often they seem to disappear from the product listings over time, along with some basic observations.▪ 1/4 Inch Hex Wrench; useful▪ 7/16 Inch Hex Wrench; also useful▪ #0 Flat Screwdriver; use carefully▪ #1 Flat Screwdriver; as above▪ #2 Flat Screwdriver; works▪ #0 Phillips Screwdriver; use carefully▪ #1 Phillips Screwdriver; decent▪ #2 Phillips Screwdriver; good for drywall screws▪ Pliers; Surprisingly good for small tasks▪ Wire Cutter; good for small-gauge wires▪ Wire Stripper; works▪ Wire Crimper; didn't try (keeping things honest)▪ Nail File; it's good▪ Hand Drill; small tasks only▪ Bottle Opener; if you need it▪ Inches Ruler; wear your glasses, if you need them▪ Inches Ruler Extension; wear your glasses▪ Millimeter Ruler; wear your glasses, as above▪ Millimeter Ruler Extension; wear your glassesMulti-tools always represent a compromise of sorts, but if they have the right combination to perform or facilitate work, they can be very handy. My only question is whether this will loosen over time, causing it to fall off the small key ring to which it's attached.◆ Bottom Line:The Swiss+Tech ST53100 Micro-Max 19-in-1 Key Ring Multi-Function Pocket Tool is a well-crafted product, and would be a good gift or even a stocking-stuffer for the right person, especially a gadget geek. Worthy of 4½ stars considering that it may fall off of a key ring with time, but it's an interesting product, and even somewhat of a conversation piece to those who see it for the first time. This turned out to be a better than expected impulse item.7/26/2013

Handy, limited
So far I have owned three of these little guys. My first was surrendered as I entered traffic court to see a clerk. Despite its lack of a blade the security guard claimed it was still pointy. OK. I am not going to argue in a place like that, but seriously, my car key is longer and sharper than this thing. While waiting in line for 90 min, I decided to immediately order 2 more. They came the next morning. Not bad.I had to install new blinkers and a tail tidy on my motorcycle over the weekend, so I decided to put #2 to the test. I have proper tools, but thought it would be an interesting challenge to see how well this little thing would work in 'real world' conditions. The screw drivers perform just OK. Awkward to hold in the fully open position. I found using it in a 90 degree position worked best. If you need to apply a lot of force, it is difficult to get a lot of torque, but manageable. The pliers/hex wrench worked about as good as I hoped for their size. They were able to bite onto the head and allow me to use a screw driver effectively on the other side without stripping out. The pliers were OK for crimping. The big let down was the small hand drill. I tested it on a little piece of wood and wasn't able to get it to do much. While working on the bike, I tried to use it to widen an electrical quick connect and it bent. Upon closing the tool, the bent drill then sheared off. Not so good.I still carry #3 with me on my key chain as a first try/last resort type of tool, but remember, you get what you pay for. For some reason, I just like this thing.
