How did you convert and program it to wled?

You need to use a ESP8266 or ESP32 and use a level shifter to convert 3.3v to 5v. Both ESPs are only 3.3v and if the LED is 24v+ and the data line is 5v+ you'll have to shift the voltage from 3.3v+ to 5v+ to go with WLED. But the answer is yes, you can do that.
