I purchased this cage for my ferret and she absolutely loves it I love it also I like the fact that she can see everybody and everything around her at all times I also love the fact that it's easy to interact with her while she's in the cage the only problem that I have is the width of each individual level. The landing platforms in the cage are just not wide enough I had to take two of them and zip tie them together so that she can have a platform to sleep on so that took away from it being a four-level cage to a three-level cage with all this extra room up top that's not being used another downfall is because of the small width of the shelves and she not having enough room she pulls all of her bedding down to the bottom floor where she uses the bathroom and gathers up all of her bedding stuff down there to where she can have room to actually lay but to me that is defeating the purpose of using the bathroom on the bottom of the cage if she's going to also feel the need to use that part of the cage as a place to sleep also.

Very happy with this purchase.Shipping took 4 buisness days.The cage was easy to put together by myself, And very sturdy. My ferret has lots of room. It has plenty of room for 2 ferrets.I love the bottom tray comes out do u can clean thr bottom, or put puppy pee pad there. I also love that it can roll around making it easier to transfer from one room to another. Also the cage is very tall. Love that it has two doors upper and lower level.Very happy with my purchase. Came with everything too, no missing parts.

If I could give it 4.5 stars I would.It arrived early with a broken box and some sort of rust/dirt soaked into the bottom. All the pieces were there, but the feet's plastic was damaged likely from some sort of dragging. Barely noticeable. The instructions on assembly are poor, but not incomprehensible. I wish it would have warned me to place the bottom rod L with the hole up so that side C would slip into it. My main problem was that my top section must have been malformed during transit because it took a friend and some muscle to bend it to fit. I guess the water bottle didn't come with the attaching wire, but I didn't buy it for the bottle.I haven't moved the pets in, so hopefully I remember to give an update that they like their new home! Overall I like the look and feel of the cage so much more than the hardwire diy cage I made for when the critters were really small.

Honestly didn’t expect the greatest from this product but it’s definitely just like the picture and comes with a water bottle and a food bowl and it’s made out of good material!

I love this cage!! It is big and sturdy and easy to put together. I loved it but my Guinea Pig Floyd Alan did not. Unfortunately the floor of the cage is much too wide for his little paws and he fell through and scared and hurt himself. I asked for a refund and was granted one without hesitation by the seller. I am thankful for that. Once again a GREAT cage but for a larger animal not a Guinea Pig.

I bought this cage for my daughter's two pet rats. It's nice and big and they love running up and down to the different levels. However, although the description said specifically that would work okay with small animals such as rats, we found to our dismay that they could slip right through the bars. They're about 200 g, so they've got a little more weight to put on before they reach their full size, but they can escape easily and I'm not at all sure there will be a point where they can't, even when they're full-size adults. We took window screen mesh and covered the whole thing with that, using zip ties. It took a lot of time and was very tedious, but it now works fine to contain them.The mesh was loose in one spot recently and one rat escaped during the night. Luckily it went right over to my daughter to cuddle with her, and she put the rat back safely, and it's just an adorable story now. But we now know that we have to be vigilant about keeping the mesh covering every single square inch.The bottom gate sticks every time we open or close it, so we usually use the top gate which works fine. It's just annoying that it's not constructed better.

I think it’s great for the price. It was a little warped when we put it together which made it a little harder to assemble. The plastic tray is cheaply made, but other than that it’s a decent cage. My Guinea pig is terrified of it 😅

My 8 year old and I bought this for his two guinea pigs. They loved it once they got familiar with the three stories! It was relatively easy to put together; what I found difficult was the placement of the lower bars that held the litter box tray and lower wire floor. I ended up putting them in incorrectly then figured out there were two sections, one for the litter tray and one for the wire floor. All together it took us about an hour.Cleaning is pretty easy, trays slide out nicely. I think with guinea pigs it would be nice if the litter tray was a bit larger than the cage, just to catch the waste that falls out of the cage if they don’t go to the bathroom in the little litter box we have in with them.But overall they love it and it’s much better than the smaller cage most pet stores sell!
