Beautifully made cups! I am thrilled that the names are engraved and not just vinyl wraps. The colors are rich and really nice. I ordered the stainless steel straw set to go with it and was surprised to get 2 plus a cleaner. Shipping was much quicker than I expected so that was a bonus. Well worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded. Bought for my sister, this is perfect. It looks so fantastic, the color is on point. The personalization is such great quality. It was like I imagined a gift and there it was, on the screen. My sister always complains her coffee get too cold too fast, I’m hoping this will help with that. Thank you!

Disappointed that it does not hold 20oz. Only holds 16oz and with ice very little liquid.
Purchased for husband and misleading as it really only holds 16oz. Would be nice if it was at least 20oz as listed. Too small!!!! 24oz is a must especially when you need ice. On a good note the inscription and quality are very nice. Doesn’t hold enough. Description should state only holds 16oz!

Great Cup, Amazing Customer Service
I love this cup, it keeps my coffee or tea nice and hot. It unfortunately arrived with a broken lid, I contacted customer support and Scarlett promptly replied, getting me a replacement lid quickly and easily. Overall great product and fantastic customer support!!
