I’ve never had a problem falling asleep but I wake up every 2hrs or so, never get deep into REM sleep and wake up exhausted. Fast forward through nearly two decades of this pattern and I’m chronically sleep deprived, which leaves me cranky, anxious, and less focused on tasks because I’m daydreaming about bedtime.I’ve used herbs (chamomile, skullcap, and valerian root), meditation, sound machines, exercise, aromatherapy—everything short of pharmaceuticals. Nothing worked long term, and when sleep deprivation really caught up with me, it was hard to maintain this elaborate sleep routine.The first night I used my blanket, I had several vivid Stage 3 dreams and woke up BEFORE my alarm, refreshed and ready to seize the day. I’ve been using my blanket nightly for about a month, and my sleep is the best it’s been since I was a child. I fall asleep faster, have a consistently high quality of sleep, and wake up feeling rested.I weight around 130#, so I bought the 10# blanket, figuring it would be better to have less weight than too much. I like the size of the blanket—it allows me to cover the parts of my body (torso, legs) that need the weight the most while leaving my feet uncovered. The weight feels even.y distributed and I can fold the blanket onto itself if I feel I need more weight on certain areas of my body.The blanket seems to be made well. The fabric and seams are secure, and There are several layers enclosing the glass beads inside. I’ve washed this item three times (alone, cold wash, tumble dry low), and haven’t noticed any degradation. I can imagine keeping this blanket for awhile with proper care.Overall I’m ecstatic about my 10# blanket, and the improved quality of sleep I’m achieving! If you have anxiety and/or trouble falling asleep and/or issues attaining quality deep sleep, invest in a weighted blanket!

I love this blanket! I have a heavier one, but it was getting too hot with the summer arriving. This one is heavy enough to feel the comfort, but light enough for the AZ summer. I fall asleep within 10 minutes and sleep all night, I don’t know what I will ever do without one

I just love this blanket. I got the 10 pound because I thought the 15 pound would be too heavy for me(I weigh 105 lbs). Sleeping has become a real problem for me. This weight works great and had a good rest with it. Very good quality too.

I purchased several weighted blankets for youth that struggle with anxiety. They are comfortable and the weight feels great. They are great quality and the cost met my needs.

This is probably the best price I’ve found for such a high quality weighted blanket. It’s perfect!! It did smell a very tiny bit upon opening it, but it aired out quickly and is amazing!

I bought this blanket for my mother for Christmas. She suffers from terrible anxiety. I also tried out the blanket. It is surprisingly comfortable. It was pretty amazing to me how calm you really feel with this blanket on. I found it to be very soothing. My mother also has reaped the benefits of usi g it. I am quite pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend this product to others.

I didn’t like that it could not be machine washed

I’m just under 120 pounds and this is the prefect weight for me. Comfortable and warm. Holding up well so far.
