I'm using the laptop right now to write this review, and I can say without a doubt that I am very happy with this purchase! It replaces an older laptop that I've had for around 10+ years, that with all the multiple WIn10 updates took over 12 minutes to boot, and would over heat and shut down on any task. This Lenovo boots in less than a minute and is ready to go, runs cool, and even downloads faster. I would recommed this because of the price, usefulness without all the grief, quality, and ease of use. Battery has long life. Easily interfaced with my printer and other accessories too. I rarely give a full 5-star review, but I feel this Lenovo is definately deserving of one. Thanks!

TekRefurbs sold me a refurbished T450s, and I am blown away by their customer service. The laptop worked great, except for a faulty battery (this laptop was released in 2015). I contacted their team, and they worked with me quickly and attentively to address my issue. They sent me new batteries until I got the fix I was looking for. 11/10 Thank you TekRefurb!

First one showed up with a broken charger, amazon replaced it. 2nd one came working as expected with 1600x900 screen, light scratches from keyboard but works and functions quite well.Installed linux mint for dual booting. Great laptop, especially for how affordable it was.I powered on the first one and the screen is only ~1360x700(i forget exact resolution) so it's definitely getting sent back.

Great deal on a basic laptop for home and travel. Not a heavy user and this one does what I need.

The computer was slow in arriving. Once it did arrive, I spent the few hours it worked getting it set up only for it to quit working. After spending hours myself trying to troubleshoot it, I finally called the tech support number included with the machine. The tech said I had two choices: return it for another of the same or get my money back. I couldn't wait yet another week or two for another and didn't trust them anyway.Unfortunately, in choosing my next computer, I had to factor in delivery time since I wasted so much time on getting this one. I had to rule out what I would have gotten for something quicker. At least the new one (non-renewed) is working well. I'm typing this review on it right now. I actually prefer the screen and keyboard of my new one to the one I have to return. I should have just started with this new machine and not taken my chances on a renewed product especially when delivery was so slow.

First off, the laptop I received was perfect except for a little frame damage around the air fins on the left side, no biggie though. Laptop booted up everything went great until Windows wanted me to activate it, at which it failed because I had no activation key. I don't know if it was a mistake on the sellers part or what but I reached out to them, told them the situation, a couple of emails back and forth and they sent me a Windows 10 Pro key. Everything is good now. Would this experience keep me from buying another one of these? At first, maybe, but now that I know that their support actually works to make things right, I don't think I would have a problem purchasing from them again.

It was working fine for about 2-3 months. Then I noticed when I charged it the screen would go black and come back on. Now the board is burnt out and I've had it for about 9 months

I needed a Windows 10 to run 2 programs, I have a Windows 11 machine that I was having troubles with. This one is just as useful as my newer one at a much lower price.
