Wow, Found the adjustments wonderful. Before you put it around you. Check it out every detail. Knobs. what adjust. and fitment. then try it out. Such RELIEF!

This replaced a more expensive one from another manufacturer that I could not get to go under my jawline and when pumped didn't really provide traction. This product has a very good way of tightening the circumference, and starting the traction before pumping. I wish it were HSA FSA though. It is not flimsy, but I do wonder how long it will last before the plastic breaks.

Did not work as expected. A lot of added tension and pressure on shoulder muscles. Didn’t release tightness between vertebrae.

Made well but not for short necks

I hurt my neck by hitting a cupboard head first. Wearing this periodically seems to be helping pulling my vertebra apart over time along with chiropractic treatents. Not hard to use once you conquer the all the adjustments

My husband found and ordered this for me after the doctor said that something like this could help me and wouldn't hurt to try. I was skeptical but tried it, anything to help with the pain. This thing is amazing, it took a couple of tries and him helping me to get it on and situated right, the best part is it has so many ways to adjust it. Once I have it on and my neck relaxes a smidge I can make adjustments to keep sketching my neck out just a bit. Feels so much better when I use this several times a day. The button to air it up is touchy so I usually disconnect the controller once I have it where I want it, that way the button doesn't get accidentally pushed and more air into it. Now that I have used it so much it doesn't seem as sensitive. It is easy to let air out, you push in on the tube connector where the pump connects.
