Absolute perfection. Item was well package. It was in the original box with cut out styrofoam. Then wrapped again in bubble wrap. It also comes with a small polishing cloth. The crystals were absolutely perfect, not one nick or scratch. I am very happy with my purchase and comparing prices and this is the best price. I would and have bought again!!

These Crystal Balls are Magic!
The first order I got, one came with micro-scratches (which totally mess up shots, no matter how you position it). I got an immediate exchange. They're so cool to use! Make sure you use a stand - an official one, or even a bottle cap will do. Be sure to thoroughly inspect them as one tiny imperfection will ruin the whole ball.

Will need to buy accessories
These all looked good but I had to return them as they were unusable to me without a stand and a single carrying case. You could take the whole box but I was flying with limited space and weight in a suitcase. These are heavy and the whole boxed set of 3 was too large. I bought a set for about the same price as this of just 1 perfectly sized ball with a canvas case and a tiny suction mount tripod. I don't miss having the 2 other sizes. I couldn't have laid the ball securely on the surfaces I used it on. If anyone else wants to fly with one of these I will warn you it triggered them to open and search my carry on when it went through the x-ray. The security guy was confused with my explanation of what it was even looking at it in his hand. It was allowed to travel after he took it out and inspected it, just expect a delay.

Perfect price and looks great! I stacked several different globes in an onyx bowl. I had seen these in a store for triple the price and loved them. Decided to look on Amazon and voila! I bought 8 different ones for the price of two of the others and also used them on an antique dresser as decor

2 of the 3 balls arrived damaged - replacement arrived in perfect condition
Reading other customer reviews I knew I was taking a chance. But with this price for three different sizes, I couldn't resist. And indeed, the 80 and 100mm balls arrived damaged with circular impact marks, see pictures. I will keep them because replacements will probably arrive in similar condition. The packaging is clearly inadequate (soft styrofoam with only 1/2 inch separation between the balls). More space in between or more rigid polystyrene would be much better.Anyway, I think I can still use the balls, placing the damaged area on the stand (see last picture of the 100mm ball on the stand). If there is still an issue I will get the Original Lensball Pro.Update - June 28, 2021On June 25th EmartUS contacted me, asking if I would like a replacement free of charge or a refund. I opted for a replacement since I really wanted these balls. Today I received the replacement - and this time in perfect condition, no marks or scratches (see last picture). I'm very happy to have the flawless crystal balls.Great customer service from EmartUS! Therefore I upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
