Adds a nice look to camera. Stays secure

It’s a red shutter button, makes the camera look sick. Even if you don’t take photos with this red shutter button you look the part. Quality is great, fits well, sticks well to camera, and provides your index finger with added stability. Use them on all of my cameras.

This not only looks great but helps with the one issue I have with my Panasonic LX100m2. The shutter release button is too touchy... I'm always taking a picture when I'm half pressing to check focus. By raising the button, you can feel the action of the button a lot better.

Besides giving it a nice different look, they help with sensitive shutters, in my case for the XH2 and A6500. The material is good, the presentation is simple or easy to handle and they provide you with the instructions and cloths with isopropyl alcohol to clean before installation. To place them, a double-sided mountin tape is used.

I love these. The Fujifilm X-T3 has a threaded shutter button, making application much more reliable and straight forward. These are obviously for cameras without a threaded shutter button. So, why would someone want, or need, to put a button on top of a perfectly good button? In my case, the GFX 50S shutter button has good feel but is flush with the on/off switch that surrounds it. Combining the larger grip with my smaller hands, I’m unable to get a solid contact surface between my fingertip and the shutter button. Adding this brings the surface a few millimeters above the face of the power switch, allowing my whole fingertip to make contact, right up to the inner knuckle and giving me a better feel and control.So, in the package you’ll get 1x convex button, 1x concave button and 2x spare adhesive dots.As long as you thoroughly clean your camera’s shutter button before applying, the adhesive should hold well at normal temperatures. My experience with these types of acrylic adhesive foam tapes is that their holding power can be affected by temperature, especially during the application phase. Because of that, I used a hair dryer at low heat to bring the temperature to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure maximum bond.The adhesive is also sensitive to oils, so be careful not to touch the exposed tape with your fingers when applying and thoroughly clean the shutter button face with rubbing alcohol. I used a pair of rubber tipped electronics tweezers to grasp and manipulate the button during application.However, you get 2 spare adhesive dots, so no need to despair if you mess up twice.Be sure to press and hold the new button onto the shutter button for at least 60 to 90 seconds during application.So, if you have smaller hands, sausage fingers, or a camera with a very large grip, give these a try if your shutter button isn’t threaded. Making the button taller may seem a bit counterintuitive, but it works for some, including me.

This works great on my Sony Rx100

I used this button on my XS20 for about a month, then one evening while I was out and about with my camera that my entire shutter button was missing from my camera. Couldn't even take a photo. The cap just got caught on something, and instead of popping off, the adhesive is so strong it took the stock shutter button with it. Now I'm gonna have to talk to fuji to try to get a replacement before my camera is functional again.

Using it on my fujifilm X-H2s, first time using the stick-on style. I’m use to the screw in type for my older X-T model. Slicks on well and includes extra double sided stickers.
