RC Boat Tail Power Head Outboard Brushless Motor Propeller Steering Function

Purchased on a whim. I love doing RC frankenstein stuff with my son. The build quality is amazing, most everything is fully machined, even the prop looks to be machined. The engine cover is also fiberglass and appears to be painted. On a 2s lipo it launched my boat out of the water and sank it. Pulled it out and it still worked.

Not the bestRan 2 batteries 2s lipo and the flex cable sheared right offThis is a copy of an older model a different made by an established rc boat company.It's not bad.. It's just not a fast electric outboard.. Nor can it hold up very long xnor can you get replacement parts for it easily

The motor itself is not bad and the speed is reasonable even though I would've liked it to be a bit faster but I gave low stars in my review because the flex shaft broke during my 3rd run. I hope the seller can do something about this because I didn't see anything about spare parts being available. Well after contacting the seller I was told they don't know how or where to get spare parts for this motor which is very disappointing.

I was surprised, awesome looking, and looks just like the description, I’ve tested the motor and works as it should I have not fully tested it yet by driving on the water so I will up date it

Well i put this on the back of a 24" black jack catamaran boat.it looks really cool.problem is within the first minute the flex drive spun apart.i didnt loose the prop but now i cant get a flex drive for this configuration.what a waste of money.

Nice looking outboard motor. It has a 400 size brushless motor so it will handle 11.1volt batteries with no problems.

Very happy with the item. Shipped from USA in less than 3 weeks.This item is an electric outboard motor for a R C model boat 1 metre long which I constructed. The performance of the motor is good & probably better than expected

I purchased two to use on one of my older model fibreglass models. I have been messing around with rc gear (boats,4x4 vehicles and other vehicles, drones ect) since the seventies) Set up these motors up having to improvise tubing for the water flow, (couldn’t get hold of silicon tubing) when I finally got things sorted I find that one on the right is fine the other not so. It runs but sounds as if the gears aren’t messing properly. Sorry but I am being straight up front with this review
