If you want the ideal frying pan, this is it! After much research, I bought the Swiss Diamond frying pan, mainly for frying eggs and grilling cheese sandwiches. My old frying pan had scratches on its surface, and I was concerned about consuming harmful chemicals that might leach from the coating on the pan to the food. The Swiss Diamond frying pan has been everything I hoped for. The interior surface is strong and resilient, so it is very resistant to scratches. It distributes heat evenly, so scrambled eggs cook evenly and grilled sandwiches easily reach a golden brown all over. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. And so far, there are no worrisome scratches. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of this pan!

I liked that it was easy to clean. It is convenient that the handle is long so I can use both hands to lift it since I have weakness in my hands. I have only had this a short times but have used it 8-10 times and was pleased with the results. I think it is one of the best pans I've ever had.

I made a single purchase of the 11" pan a little over two years so perhaps can offer a fairly objective view. This is the only non-stick pan I have in my kitchen as my other pans are stainless or anondized. As most cooks know a non-stick pan can be quite useful for certain foods/recipes and generally an essential in a well equipped kitchen. So after a couple of years a fairly heavy use I can recommend this pan. Heats up slowly but holds an even surface temp. Balance is excellent and I like the edge slope. Handle is cool to touch regardless of length of time on the stove (gas top). Clean-up is a simple wash with a nylon scrubby, well-rinsed and usually air dried. Non-stick surface has held up much better than previous pans of various costs and manufacturer. Regardless of the marketing hype I use nylon and wood utensils almost exclusively in this pan and use a paper towel when stacking in the cabinet. I have not experienced any carbon build-up and the pan performs after 2+ years as wellas the first use. In reading some of the more megative reviews regarding flaking, chemical composition and carbon buildup I can't speak to that. I did note that some folks mentioned running their pan through a dishwasher and that could be a contributing factor. I never run pans through the dishwasher as I don't think most people understand how harsh this can be on many pans, utensils, knives, etc. I know this seems counter-intutive for a pan considering how much heat and abuse they take in cooking but the hot water and corrosive chemicals in dishwashing detergent can take a toll over time on certain surfaces.

This frying pan is the best engineered frying pan I have ever owned. It is made from cast aluminum and claims it will never warp and alway seat flat on the stove surface.When I cook with the pain it sits perfecly level on my glass top stove and the heat is 100% even across the entire cooking area. I have never had such a good cooking pan.

Wonderful kitchen tool - heats evenly - non stick surface works well. Just remember to wash it out immediately after use.

Premetto che avevo già utilizzato quella da 28. Eccezionale, il vero antiaderente .. non si attacca mai nulla senza utilizzare olio… la padella dopo mesi di utilizzo sembra nuova. Unica nota dolente è il peso.. abbastanza pesante ma la resa è eccezionale.

Enfin une poêle anti-adhésive qui tient ses promesses. A voir dans le temps bien entendu. Mais après qlq mois, c est toujours aussi efficace.
