It's a Life Changer
Wow! I can't say enough good things about this book!! It is not a miracle diet book or a everything is happy, happy book. It is a book that will have you reexamine your lifestyle and make changes for the better. The book is about changing your mindset, creating more pleasure in your life and detoxing your mind and environment. It is an easy read with an easy to follow format. I love the author's sassy style! At first glance, it seems like the steps are too simplistic but as you dig deep, you realize what an impact these negative forces can have on your health and happiness (and how easy it is to fall prey to them). There are plenty of resources and encouragement to keep you going. I love that this is not a 1-size-fits-all approach and that it doesn't gloss over the mind traps that can be so powerful. It acknowledges that life is not perfect at every turn. Keep working the steps and it gets better. There are no strict "rules" to follow. You literally can't mess this up! This book was worth every penny and then some!! I've read it twice now! It has improved my life 100% by getting me to look at things from a different perspective, look inwardly and make changes so I am living the best life I can. I highly encourage you to read it with an open mind and a willingness to improve.

2019 is no time to be distracted from Important Work by Dieting!
Susan Hyatt's "Bare" is the book I wish my mother and grandmother could have read when they were young women.My grandmother, rest her wonderful soul, was always talking about "when she got this weight off" she would do X or Y. My mom spent from her teen years onward going on every diet from Weight Watchers to low-fat to Atkins to South Beach to You-Name-It. None of that dieting ever made them happier. None of it ever made them healthier. None of it ever helped them keep weight off for good.Since when has telling yourself you CAN NOT have something, ever made you want it less? Since when has telling yourself you "hate" your arms or tummy ever made you happy? Loved this book. Susan's writing is clear, to the point and easy to understand. I read the entire book in a couple of sittings and it is already improving the quality of my life. Hoorah for Susan. If all of the energy women put into dieting went into pursuing our dreams instead, this world would be a different place. Just read it!

Will be a Life-changing Book for Most Women
I love this book because of the message and method Susan Hyatt passionately shares in this book. I cannot stress enough how grateful you will be if you read this book and apply the 7-steps over and over again. BARE is not a quick fix, yet it is revolutionary. As I read this book in hardcover or kindle, I find myself cheering inside (and fist-pumping the air - even in public, at the gym on the stationary bike!) My wish is that BARE as a method, way of life and word becomes synonymous with the new norm for how we all embrace life without diets, without body dissatisfaction and without postponing our dreams, our power and our pleasure anymore. I truly believe BARE is not just a book, but a revolution. I personally practice BARE as a woman and Certified Coach in its method. Please get and read this book. You will be SO grateful you did.

Loved it
Susan Hyatt gets 5 stars for a fantastic guide book into living an authentic life...Yes, I've read my fair share of self-help books but it's the one's I constantly refer back to and the ones I never forget that have the greatest impact on my life, Bare is one of those books. I've read it and yes it has a lot of stuff I already read before but never truly implemented, I'm guessing it a combination of picking up the right book at the right time and Susan's writing style it really spoke to me.I'm enjoying the 7 weeks program and i really loved the book.

Susan Hyatt's BARE book and philosophy makes perfect sense. It's well laid out and her writing reflects her sparkling personality. 7 steps! 7 weeks to a happier you, to loving yourself, loving the skin you are in. Fabulous!!
