New shop addition
I was at an auction and bought a ton of paper towel rolls. (Commercial style). Did some looking online and found this and my towels fit perfectly. I like the features and ability to have a larger towel come out and the added feature of self feeding. I am debating on getting a second one because they are handy when your hands are dirty and you don't want to touch anything.

Worth the money
this product is very good but the only thing I am not really happy is this product need a specific type of paper roll from the tork to fit and those papers are very expensive. I wish any kind of paper will fit on this

It is not to use normal paper rolls and sensor
HI.I bought it for restaurant lady's restroom.It does not use regular paper towels; it requires special paper towels which means more expensive and not easy to buy.Also, Sensor does not work, when it has sensor problems, it should open and close again.I don't recommend this paper towel dispenser.
