Good value
This is better than I expected and is very efficient and effective. Accurate and good graphics. The slight downside is the menu is somewhat fussy and takes a bit of getting used to.

Seems to do the job. Nice clear big screen.
Easy to use.

Very disappointed considering how much I paid!
This item has failed, I only have a blank black screen, even when powered up and fully charged. I cannot use it at all after only less than 3 months, ver very! Disappointed, please advise on steps to replace or give full refund.

Try not to use it in direct sunlight
Having bought this for my tour of Ireland I found out it did't like hot weather, sulked and refused to acknowledge any satellites even as it was picking up at least 4, once it cooled down in the foot well with the air conditioning on full it was back to normal after 10 minutes. It wasn't loaded with the latest road information as a 23 mile round trip to a town and its one way system was not so pleasant a surprise especially towing a caravan. I stopped using it for two reasons around home as it seems to want keep my last destination in memory and telling me to turn around when possible even when every destination had been removed. It also when it automatically switches on likes to inform me verbally every time my speed goes up 1 mile above the speed limit. So its now in a drawer until my next long trip. Its cheap enough but am not sure I would buy another and all the software thrown in with it I will never use, diagrams of available satellites is not my top priority working when hot is

Big Screen, clear display and it's very cheap.
I wanted a large display and this Sat Nav fits the bill. The screen has a clear display and the voice is very clear. There is a choice of voices and a choice of settings, verbose, minimal, etc. The mounting system is a bit archaic but usable, my old sat-nav has a much simpler mounting system. That being said it's not a bad system for the money, i got into trouble on the first day of use when i lost the voice commands altogether. It seems you cant use the FM setting and voice commands at the same time., google sorted this problem out for me.The biggest bugbear for me was setting a new destination, I must admit this still try's my patience it's not very user friendly, so give yourself plenty of time for a new destination and look for a user guide on Youtube. There is quite a library of places POI's but getting it to recognize new Post codes is a bit of a trial.I must admit I've grabbed my old sat nav a couple of times when I've been in a rush.

Looses satellite signal
Bought this specifically for the Motorhome to accommodate sizes/dimensions of the vehicle for holiday where narrow streets or low bridges needed to be considered. Part way down the motorway it lost connection to satellites and locked up for over 5 miles before reconnecting. Just not acceptable when we missed turnings and ended up way off plan. This was not a one off occurrence, so had to resort to Apple Maps/Google Maps to get to first destination. We are moving on a 40 day trip along the Jurassic Coast taking in some very narrow roads. Just hope we don’t get into trouble!! Not very happy!!

If driving a truck do not rely on it.
Only used it for 3 days, first day was absolutely fine , second day tried to send me under a 13’2 bridge even though I’d set the dimensions at 13’10, My truck is 13’8, it also tried to send me up some dodgy lane that my truck would 100% not fit, please be careful and DO NOT take it as a gospel. Be vigilant of the road signs

Good truck sat nav.
No problems so far. Seems to find quickest and/or shortest routes with no issues and so far I’ve not been stuck under any bridges.
