Good value
For the money this has been a reliable school device for my high school age daughter. No concerns and easy to use. She enjoyed the touch screen feature and the screen size.

Gets the job done for my not so tech savy wife
Chromebooks alone are easy to use for browsing the web, but this was big enough to feel like just a tablet. Both my wife and son share this for school work and we havent had any issues at all. Great buy especially for the price!

Great inexpensive laptop!
The battery seems to last forever. This was a great inexpensive option for my daughter to type her papers on this year. The touchscreen great!It makes it much easier to navigate. So far we are very satisfied!

Touch screen laptops
I've used this for a week now and so far I'm loving it. It even plays some games like Raid, and Zombie Castaways. Some games like Evony, will play but are very limited screen. Over all, I am super happy with it. Highly recommend

I like the Chromebook.u have to get used to it at first but that takes a short time.It runs fast and smooth.Better than other pc’s I have had.Great product for a very low price.

Great for people new to laptops..
I love the chrome book. The only thing is that it doesn't have some features like annotations on zoom that my daughter needs for homeschooling. It does more than a smart phone or tablet.

Chromebook microphone doesn't work, and warranty expired prior to purchase
I purchased this item in September, 2019. Apparently the warranty on this item expired in JANUARY 2019. And now, I'm stuck with a chromebook with a microphone that doesn't work. I purchased this for my son to use at school. Thanks to the Coronavirus crisis, we are having to perform much of our schoolwork from home. He is not able to participate in certain class assignments and unable to complete certain homework assignments due to this deficiency.This is a disappointment to say the least. There should have been clear information stating the status of the warranty of this product. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a NEW product. Both the seller and HP should be ashamed of this event. What company sets their warranty based only on the manufacture date and has no coverage at the purchase date?
