I only received 1 of the 4 ballast I ordered.
I just received my package and it only had 1 i power ballast in the box.The box looked tampered with the tape was barely even holding the flaps down.

1 of the ballst doesn't work on 600 setting and I can't get a service rep on phone. Returning 2 of the four.

bad peace of junk just powered it up lasted 1hr and died 7/31/2022

NOT REPAIRABLE DUE TO UN-REMOVABLE EPOXY GOO OVER ALL COMPONETS
Burn out, (2week old Ipower bulb), from another ballast, burned out the Ipower digital ballast when installed to double check the bulb.Took apart to fix and found this crap all over the circuit board. TOTAL SCUMBAG MOVE ON IPOWER'S PART.MAKING THEIR BALLAST COMPLETELY IRREPARABLE. DON'T BUY SCUMBAG IPOWER PRODUCTS.
