These are great marker lights only con I have is they are almost to bright. I put them on my enclosed trailer up top on the sides, at night I can’t see out of my mirrors

They work and look great....but
Got these to replace the existing and sometimes non-working running lights on one of my trailer projects.I had read previous reviews, saw the complaints about water resistance, etc. However, I am not going to be submerging my enclosed trailer as one would with a boat trailer....so I was not too worried about that at first.When I received these, I noted that they are a bit fragile, there is no seal, nothing to keep the elements out. No wonder they would die when submerged, right?No worries, I still needed to replace my tired and worn-out running lights, so I went ahead with the install and here is what I found:Yes, these are fragile. I ended up breaking one of them with a hand screwdriver, just tightening up the screw. It was level, it was not too tight. It just shattered and fell apart.BUT....they are made entirely out of plastic. The last units I installed had an aluminum base, which prevented the above, however, they were also IP68 rated and cost significantly more.Once I experienced that and figured out, I had to be UBER gentle, I continued.Overall, I am pleased with working running lights. But...(there is always a but) I found out something else....Some of these lights were poorly manufactured and were not centered. Meaning that once you install them, even if you are OCD (like me) and measure twice before drilling your pilot holes, they will mount wonky. (See pictures.)In the end, it is a tool trailer, so I am not going to complain. But it will continue to bother me, I am sure.Lastly, they work. They do the job and only time will tell it they will last. Rain is a common occurrence here, so we will see.I partially recommend....for the price, sure. But longevity? Time will tell.

Great visibility.
Bright bright BRIGHT!!! Replaced the OE incandescent fixtures on our horse trailer with these. They are small but their brightness is at least 5 times that of the incandescent fixtures we replaced. Even in full direct sunlight you can easily see these. At night, it's like having spotlights!Easy install and a quality built product.
