Do not buy this. Complete junk and a waste of time/money.
From the lack of anything remotely resembling instructions to cheap materials and not even a suggestion of the cabinet doing the one thing it is supposed to do: seal in the particulates, this is possibly the worst purchase I’ve ever bought off of Amazon. Beyond not sealing, it doesn’t do the other thing it is supposed to do, sand blast. Three hours later after trying everything everyone else mentioned to make this work, I have given up. This is going to be returned or thrown in the garbage. I’m serious, don’t buy this. You truly get what you pay for with this.

It'll need work...
To start, this unit does work well, does exactly what it's supposed to do. But you'll need to tweak it.My first problem was the plexiglass was cracked on arrival. JEGS replaced that super fast, so no complaints there. But from there, little things added minor annoyances.Things like some of the sheet metal joints not sealed. I kept finding glass beads creeping out of the bottom. And it wasn't the joints I had screwed together, it was where two pieces were joined together at the factory. Meh, no biggie, some RTV solved that issue. Then the weather stripping on the lid really wasn't sufficient. The media keeps finding it's way past the lid. I could even feel the media landing on my face as I worked. (WEAR A MASK PEOPLE!) I intend to add a small strip of weather stripping to the box recess for the lid to seal it off further. The only other complaint is that the instructions are minimally useful. Especially the part that "shows you" how to put together the pick up tube. There was some guesswork involved, but I got it working. So if you're looking for a plug n play kit with minimal work, this really isn't it. But if you're looking for an inexpensive blasting cabinet, and don't mind having to sort out some flaws, this is a great deal.

Cheap and works
I have a number of issues with this blaster but overall I think it was a good purchase. Mine came basically as a welded shell with a lid pre attached with the light installed inside of it already then the bottom section and the feet and all the associated hoses and fittings needed to be put together. It was kind of a pain putting all the bolts in and such but it all lined up correctly and went together well. I bought it for my dad and he has 30 gallon or so air compressor which does provide enough air and works well. We used fine glass bead media and it does a good job making a fine finish. As far as the negatives, first and foremost is the pickup tube for the media. It was too long to situate in the middle of the bottom pan and gave it problems picking up sand. We took it back apart cut it to about 5/8 of its original length and now it picks up the sand and works just fine. Next is the lighting. The light provides ample light though the light looks pretty cheap and im not confident that it will last long but should be easy to replace eventually. The light switch provided did not work at all and there were no directions on how to wire the switch nor were connections on the switch marked. I tried multiple combinations of wire to terminal placement and was unable to make the switch work. I ended up hard wiring the light to the connections in the little box on the side where the plug fits into. It works but well eventually find a good switch. My last negative remark would be that without a dust collector, a fair amount of dust comes out around the edges of the lid. This could be mitigated by replacing the seal on the lid with a better quality weather stripping type material. The cabinet does have to two vents however and I plan on hooking a vacuum to the back vent with a dust separator to a bucket so we can recycle the media. Also as a side note, the directions as a whole, are terrible. Basically useless to be honest but in the manual it says not to use more than 10 pounds of media inside at one time. I suppose it would depend on the type of media and how much volume it takes up but as far as fine glass bead media, 10 pounds was barely enough to cover the trough in the bottom of the pan. I put a whole 25 pound bucket in and it was just about right. I think I could have used maybe 30 pounds but 25 worked good. If you want a blasting cabinet that works 100% perfect right out of the box then this one may not be for you but if you dont mind a little tweaking to get it working how you want then this is a good cheap option.

Dangerous item
I have never been so scared in a long while. After hooking everything up I put media in it and even if I'm using a blast cabinet I always wear a mask with filtration. When I started blasting I started feeling particles hit me in the face. At first I thought it was static from the buildup but after stopping shortly after I touched my face and felt quite a bit of particles. Upon further examination I noticed there was a gap in the top and granted I should have checked before but that is what happens when you assume. As I mentioned luckily I was wearing my mask so I do not believe I inhaled it or so I hoped but too close of a call for me. Not happy with this product at all. This is dangerous and unfortunately a waste of money.

Disaster
Even after reading the bad reviews I bought for the cheap price. Big mistake. EVERYTHING leaks on this unit, no seal whatsoever. Even the welded seams blew dust out. They say no more than 10# of media but that would barely cover the bottom. It take 15-20# for constant media flow. The filters clog very frequently, ~30min of use. I had to modify the heck out of mine to get it to function, new seals and lots of silicone. If you buy, just be aware you need to do a lot of fixing to get this to work.

Does work well for small parts but gets messy without cleaning filter or vacuum.
Works good but filter clogs fast so lot of dust because cabinet builds up pressureHooked a vacuum to cabinet. Works much better!Less dust.
